Our favorite place to have breakfast out here in Seattle! Inside Pike Place Market with amazing view! The service was very attentive and nice recognized us after our second time here. Food was delicious with fresh brewed coffee. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Went here with my wife for brunch and had the chowder and she had pancakes. Everything was great and the views are awesome. The waitress was super busy but very nice and took great care of us. Would highly recommend.

It’s counter service. The employees were attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the atmosphere with the large windows to look out of. We got a shrimp cocktail, crab omelette, and salmon scramble. Food was simple and fresh. Portion size could be bigger given the prices.

Sound View Café offers a great market dining experience. The clam chowder was creamy but not too thick, packed with flavor. The signature burger had a juicy, well-seasoned patty. Located right in the market, it’s a perfect spot for a quick, tasty meal.
Subpar service and overpriced food. The food quality is average. There are multiple other restaurants in Pike Place with similar view of the bay and much better service and food.

This is no holding tables here but if you complain and huff and puff you can be seated. Because I can stand i was told to wait at the door until my party was done. What a double standard. Two additional parties came in and were allow to save tables. The food is but service is lousy.

My favorite spot here in the marketplace. Best clam chowder for sure, very creamy and full of flavor. The atmosphere is great, it's quite and you have window views of the bay. But, the cherry on top was the service. You are welcome in and treated like family. Would give 10 stars if possible.
One of the really nice waitresses said that Luke's Lobster has the best rolls. I'll try and make room for one after our visit here.
