"These Carrots are like perfectly sliced down the middle"...I learned from the best, she taught me everything vegetal, green, seasonal, especially the nonsensible light of day...La Padrona in the Alley, her Pink Door.Soft they were yet not to where the root flavors are boiled or burnt off, we're in the stratosphere of cook knows his vegetable do's, Italian or not, someone back there has an understanding. You decide, was their texture left for your knife or jaws? Both were fine by the cookery, serration of a knife no affront through to the bottom or the underlying plate, no curse and scratch or chop when carrots are cooked like this I insist to my owner's manual, "Elbows on vaneer, fingertips and suffering no rules"... or etiquettes, unbound, I eat them same as pulled from the ground, space out in earthly romance, index and thumb...slow like frog's legs. So I was then just felt like the I want to be both here and disappear...into the brights and hinges of a hanging chandelier...Okay then...some nuts, pine I think I recall added a brute bitter to play with the coaxed sweetness yellow, white, purple, orange, green heirloom almost a fruit when given the right chase. Drops of whipped ricotta and lemon the struts n' accenture here... just barely enough...foment the regularity of root and dust.I only had veggies and wine with Cora and I was happy, that's what I wanted. I ate some delicious greens, hydrating, sprite and stewed...a kick spicy and a tart charm, again hydratingly healthy and robust with fueling energies. The place is clean and dust free, moistened table woods and overheads, glass, utensil, plate, reflections all around, spotless and shining...Every place set, equidistant, held and thought of.The host was server, I am so sorry young lady, I have forgotten your name. I apologize and your timing and your intent said much about the owner...Kelly, she has a smile like a three part summer's day and was completely sincere, I think that was the most amazing thing was Kelly's resilience and hospitality. We talked and it's a hard few years in the restaurant business. She's a wonderful soul with gift's genuine and loving. I felt happy she was very savvy, has a ton of confidence, a beautiful timelessness that's brave and near.Cora is very nice but doesn't lose itself in itself, it's ultimately delightful for any occasion, few, a long table of ten or just one as myself when I went... it's all the same, that's real talent when it's like that. You should go, don't hesitate. They are all so present.Thank you all...~Terrence

I celebrated my birthday at Cora with about 20 friends, and we had a very positive experience! The manager, JM, in particular, was so accommodating of the group’s many dietary restrictions (which I informed the restaurant of in advance). JM even picked up a dairy-free cheese specifically for our group. My friends all had good things to say about the restaurant, food, and service. I enjoyed this lively, cozy spot (as well as the pizza and rigatoni). I look forward to returning.

I am so glad we chose this quaint and cozy Italian restaurant. The pizza and pasta was delicious. The waitress was a delight and the atmosphere was chill and cozy. Couldn't ask for anything more.

It was easily among the best pizzas I've ever had and gluten-free as well. Easily best gluten-free pizza in the PNW! I will add that it was house made gluten-free dough! Unlike the dozen other places that I called prior to going here, they all only had nasty frozen cracker discs, gross. Ingredients used at cora must definitely get careful attention. We had the Verde and Cacio E Pepe, both left us with eyes closed, mouthful moments of pure satisfaction. The roasted carrots cheese and pistachios starter is something I'll get again. My Nono and family have been serving up pizza for generations, so I'm very much a Za snob. Can't wait to go back ?Dietary restrictions: Best Gluten-free pizza I've had in the PNW!!!

Very fresh ingredients at Cora. The pizza's where very balanced in taste and the right amount of crisp. The pasta was amazing also and the staff was nice & friendly. Will be coming back.

Incredibly friendly place with very good pizza. We happened in on a busy night and we were able to get a table right away. We were served by one of the owners who seemed surprised they were as busy as they were. She also wasn't as well versed in the ordering system as the normal wait staff, and forgot to submit our order. When she came to tell us of her mistake she was very apologetic and comped us another round of beer. She also gave us a free pizza because the kitchen fired the wrong one (I think it was another comp). Despite the error with submitting the order, I didn't feel like it was a particularly long wait for our food. The pizza was very good, and I would definitely eat it again.

The food is 10/10. We have the roasted carrots with ricotta, rigatoni bolognese, & pepperoni pizza. The pizza was my favorite pepperoni pizza I've ever had--not too greasy, perfect cheese+sauce balance, great Neapolitan style crust, and delicious pepperoni. The butterscotch budino (thick pudding with a coconut cookie broken over the top & lightly sweetened whipped cream) was fantastic. The space can be quite noisy when it's crowded, but the ambiance was still lovely, & the staff was excellent.

We had a lovely dinner. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for my daughter's birthday, it was special and family friendly. This spot felt like a neighborhood gem. Service and staff were friendly and kind. Our food was very good- delicious crust on the pizza.

Love it. Fresh romaine hearts salad, delicious personal pizzas that are not too large, nice wine that you can taste before committing if you’re not sure; warm, professional staff. Even the extra anchovies are exemplary (where can I buy those?). Ambience is the best - I think it used to be a commercial bakery, probably early 20th century. Restored wood floors, looks all wood, peak ceiling (wood), perfect lighting. Simple layout, but the higher tables in the center of the room break the space nicely so it doesn’t have that cafeteria feel. I think I’m in love…
