I had the absolutely most pleasant experience at this location. I accidently ordered to the wrong location (blame it on being hungry) and they were still able to fulfill my order and were able to transfer everything so I didn't have to do anything. Absolutely above and beyond. I'm assuming it was the manager by her professional attitude and presence. The front cashier was also so nice! She complimented my shoes and made it feel like a personal experience. Way to go specialtys!!

The smoothie was good. The counter service was grudging at best. They asked me what bread I wanted.. then gave me what they felt like. I asked for no mayo... Yep got mayo. Went to ask for corrections and they acted offended. A couple were friendly... But most just acted like they hated to be at work and it was all my fault they had a job.

Service was very slow. Staff let looked depressed. Left and went next door to Starbucks and I really dislike Starbucks. Not for me I guess ðŸ˜
The food is absolutely amazing... when you can get it. All of the Specialty's locations have limited hours, and only make a small supply of pre-made food, which sucks because if you order anything fresh made, it takes forever to receive your purchase. As much as I love some of the things they make, the long wait times often steer me to other locations for breakfast.

Extremely slow service. Employees show no sense of urgency at serving your food quickly. I stood watching mine and others food sit getting cold waiting to be bagged and served for several minutes. Won't be back.

I am not sure why, but the location near King St station never has baked goods in stock. I have been here several times and left disappointed as there were mostly empty trays.

Service slow. Young lady this a.m. moved like she was 100 yrs old , she glared at me a 57 year old woman like I was a bum off the street. Woman at the coffee counter was also rude, never want to go back there, Worst service in downtown Seattle
