I ordered the Mongolian Beef and it was excellent. They had no issues accommodating my request for no onions. It was prepared extremely fast and fresh.
An unexpected surprise. I've never been there before this visit. Was walking around enjoying the day when I stumbled upon them. Saw their A-board with a special and decided to try it. Will be back again.
Authentic Szechuan cuisine is the best of the best. I don’t understand why people are eating at Dough Zone. I suspect dough zone food is from suppliers and is not made in houses.
Amazing food! Super flavorful and carefully prepared. Owner David is the kindest and most hospitable person ever!
Wonderful as always
I used to work here and the high light was the food as well as the owner. I really look up to David as he is very inspirational. When I come back to the states I would love to introduce my husband to everyone.
I was craving spicy cuisine, this diner came up, I had a lunch set with mapo tofu, hot and sour soup and a beverage.
Tofu wasn’t spicy for me and the ice tea didn’t have any syrup in it, it finally tasted like what I had in Hong Kong after they mixed it the second time.
At the end of the meal, the owner David Leong chatted with me, he led an interesting life and was a triple threat, an actor, a kung fu master, a restaurant owner, I absolutely appreciated our conversations and his insights.
I could also tell that his regular customers fond of talking to him.
I didn’t take any images of the visit this time
It’s been a while (probably over a year) since I’ve been downtown, but this is easily the best place I’ve had spicy fish (hopefully they still offer the whole one) and I still think about it at least once a week. Although my partner and I still laugh about how our server was very concerned about us ordering a whole spicy fish and asked multiple times if we were sure we wanted a whole fish. And spicy. “Very spicy.” Not sure if the spice was still held back a bit, but it was the best I’ve had to date regardless (give me all the spice, I can take it lol!)
So good get it. Worth it.
Our general tso chicken and beef and broccoli were very delicious. We love little hole in the wall spots and this one is a highly recommended. The flavors are great!

Fantastic food
My wife and I passed by this restaurant one night while out on a walk exploring Seattle. Afterwords I was craving szechuan the rest of our trip so our last night in town we finally had time to check it out and the food definitely did not disappoint! The portions were big and the service was excellent! I would definitely recommend checking it out!
A real gem of a restaurant. Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Lots of variety with great flavor. Service was great and food was very reasonably priced. Was even able to adjust spice level to our preference.
Host David, made some great recommendations and shared lots of interesting stories. Overall it was a great experience.
If I lived in Seattle, I would eat here every week.
Best Chinese I've ever had excellent customer service and atmosphere
Excellent food of consistent, high quality. The food and service has been great every week I’ve eaten here for the past 3 years.
