I attended an event after Sakuracon at SPIN and I loved it! The staff was so amazing and they handled the huge rush with perfection. Nick was my bartender all night, and they slayed. They were so kind to us!! I hope they get a raise soon, they deserve it!

During a company summit, I visited this place where a team-building activity was organized. The SPIN format was fantastic; we had fun playing ping pong and other games while enjoying drinks and food. They even had a wardrobe service at the entrance. The staff were quick and efficient, ensuring the area remained tidy despite balls bouncing around. Selection of served beers was quite wide, spanning from European till Mexican ones.

Their cancellation policy is horrible, the website says their are no cancellations or refunds. After getting a foot injury I had to cancel, and after calling they issued a refund and canceled my reservation....super easy.

I had a great time here! I’ve never been before but some of my friends and I came and we had the best time! Our server was phenomenal and I wish I could remember his name but he was tall and has dark curly hair, and he was so kind and attentive! He really made our experience so much better:) The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so cool and fun! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm not the type of lady to leave a review as this is my first. my husband and I came in a few days ago and we loved the food and ping pong time, they even had people going around with funny rackets picking up balls for everyone. the only problem is the service. we were sat at a table and told we had a server, but they were nowhere in sight for about 10 minutes. when he finally came up, he introduced himself as Alex, he spoke to us like we were an inconvenience to him. when we went to leave, we had to go to the front desk to find someone to help us pay since he wasn't around.
