Went here and my latte was perfect, lovely staff and Danuta was amazing! They all really made my morning. I will always make sure to stop here when I need my caffeine fix :)

The person who i believe is the manager with the name Danuta was beyond rude and inappropriate. As a manager you wouldnt expect someone to be so condescending and to hand off issues to their baristas.

Ok. Out of all the Starbucks in Seattle that I have been to, this is the best one. This is customer service and my coffee was made to perfection. I am a picky coffee person that is all about hard work and customer service and this team has got it. This team just knows how to create a cup of coffee to perfection and a good atmosphere for me as a hispanic person. I felt very welcomed here. I didn’t even have to ask. Plus all the good vibes. I have found my new place.

After seeing photos of sit-down tables, walked there from QFC Starbucks, (10min) very disappointed. Ordered 8oz.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a water with 5 scoops of Matcha. Rang me up for $1. Then after 5 minutes of waiting, asked me to come back to the register to re-ring my order up. Ended up charging me $7.55 for a “custom iced latte.” In what world is a iced Matcha water with 5 scoops of matcha considered a latte and cost over $7. What terrible service!
