Worst store in Seattle. I ask bathroom one the employee told to order first. I was shocked and spent every over $10. Today will be my last day to order Starbucks coffee.

Good experience today- 11:00 on a Saturday (except for the customer who couldn’t seem to get over herself when we grabbed her coffee cup mistakingly. You say you’re genuinely sorry and try to be friendly and get nothing but Seattle freeze🤦🏼♀️.) The staff were welcoming, fast, efficient, very polite, customer oriented, friendly towards me and my friend, put up with me ordering the wrong bagel, then grabbing the wrong cup, asking for a knife to butter the bagel when it was right in front of me. They forgot I needed butter with my correct bagel, but hey, they were busy, and I’ll take a friendly experience over being too critical. Ditsy moments for me, but my experience here this time around, after a year or more hiatus was much better. Music wasn’t too loud, lots of nice space and a bar with morning sunshine, clean tables outside.

Nice inside, but I don't think you could call this coffee when it tastes like over sweetened chemicals. I regret ordering this. -- literally just a caramel frappe, but it's awful... mcdonalds frappe tastes better, and that's sad. I keep taking sips, hoping it's better, but it doesn't get better. This further locked in how much I dislike starbucks; go to a coffee stand instead, if possible.

I've been popping into this Starbucks on my way to work for the last few years a couple times a week. The service is always exceptional, people are friendly, and the employees are always working hard to deliver a great environment for customers to walk into.

I only come here with my siblings, so it’s always a rare and special occasion. The staff are friendly and efficient, and we’ve never had any issues during our visits. The menu has something for everyone, and while the prices can be a bit high, the quality and consistency make it worth it. Overall, it’s always a pleasant experience when we stop by!

It seems the barista (a woman with grey hair) has anger issues. I was standing by the counter waiting for my order and she yelled at me "this area is for mobile order" I stepped back right away from the area. When I asked the other barista for some more half and half after my coffee was ready, she stooped what she was doing and yelled at me "what!" I was not even talking to her. Unprofessional to say the least.
Only three "comfortable" chairs here, all taken. No longer a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy your drink.

I wish I got her name but the young Asian gal helped me out today. I didn’t get my drink and once I told her she made it quickly and also gave me a gift card for the misunderstanding. She didn’t have to but having a rough morning, her generousity made my day better. Thank you to that person!

Placed my order through the app this morning. And arrived a little after 7am. The woman who made my drink. I don’t know her name. Was older with gray wavy hair pulled back. Told me when I asked for a small cup of ice that next time I would need to go back to the register to ask for it. Because sometimes they get really busy and do not have time to get extra’s. Seriously! I told her I would not do that and I would just not come back. And that I am asking for ice because I did not get extra ice in my drink like I had asked for. She proceeded to talk about the extra ice with the other workers as I was adding ice to my drink at the bar. Not acceptable! Period! Paying almost $12 for a drink that is not made correctly and then being treated this way. Never again! You are not worth it!
