Alright where do I start, been going to this one for a while and every time it's just so bad. I swear they do NOT put coffee in your iced latte. I always get an extra shot even and they just be putting out flavored milk. What else, like everyone else on here noticed they don't hardly acknowledge you exist and when they do you are just a huge inconvenience to them. Starbucks HQ needs to quality control this location.

Am I Casper the friendly ghost?Came in and stood at the counter, no other customers were in line or waiting. Batista walked out from behind the counter and proceeded to get supplies from the closet. Never greeted me or indicated I was there at all.The second barista was making a drink and never looked at me.I finally said good morning and she said it back but that was it.Meanwhile the supply getter was on a ladder to get something down.I walked over to her and said good morning to her.She finally came back behind the counter and took my order.Never apologized for having me wait.

Horrible Starbucks! They were not taking credit cards or the Starbucks app so i couldn’t get anything at all, don’t waste your time and go somewhere else, the young lady seems lady and happy with the situation, she offered absolutely no solution for the problem
