These people work very hard for the environment they work in! I’ve been in here so many times and I’m always treated with respect regardless of the situations at hand (that being said I’m also compassionate and I’d warranting of SERIOUS AND CONCERNING EVENTS unfolding around me). If more people took the time to slow down and understand these workers and their efforts this place would be 6 stars!

They wouldn't open this morning because there was a crazy homeless person by the door. He was just sitting there. Being crazy...QUIETLY!!! Then A CUSTOMER comes makes the crazy man move. I'm guessing the man just really wanted his morning coffee. He wasn't gonna let a crazy homeless man get in the way. WHAT DID STARBUCKS DO??? THEY STILL WOULDNT OPEN!! Because they were scared....OF THE CUSTOMER WHO MOVED THE CRAZY GUY!!! This store needs to grow a pair of balls. Wow. I thought they would have been thankful that the customer got rid of their problem. Maybe offer a free cup of coffee. You would think!! But I guess not. I wonder how many people go without their coffee in the morning because the employees are scared of the crazy homeless people who have been there the past 50 years. YALL NEED TO GROW A PAIR!!!!

Around 12:30 today, we took two boys to visit Washington University and encountered verbal attacks from a crazed racist individual nearby. We took the kids into Starbucks to buy coffee, and the unknown racist man continued to verbally abuse us inside the store. A kind lady, possibly the store manager, warmly comforted us and paid for our coffee. She even asked if she could give the kids some snacks. Another guy in the store also came over to check if we were okay. I want to take this opportunity to thank these people.Despite the incident impact on our travel experience, your kindness has provided solace to our wounded hearts. We are deeply grateful for your warmth and support.

Would be five stars but I always get harassed by some homeless dude
This location has made the best Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappecino of my life. Although this store is always slammed with college orders, they somehow still executed my drink to the highest level. Today NOTHING was going my way and all that could help me was a Frappecino. Luckily, Starbucks on the Ave came through and everything has gotten better. Thank you Starbucks on the Ave.

Ace from this Starbucks location is AMAZING!! I called to see if Starbucks could donate some Boxes of Joe for a local breakfast for the unhoused that usually is fully supported but wasn't going to happen this week unless I could pull it together. He immediately said yes. Then I asked if we could also get some boxes filled with hot water and he again said yes. Then when I showed up for pick-up, he had also included a box of bagels, gingerbread loaf, stirrers, and a bottle of half-and-half. The coffee and bagels were the first to go and people kept saying how amazing it was. Thank you to Ace and Starbucks for your generosity and care which made this much-needed breakfast possible. You nourished people, warmed their spirits, and gave all of us hope during this cold season and holiday time. Thank you, thank you!!!

Nice atmosphere for chill and work. View is good at the corner to street. Baristas are kind and talkative that makes environment better. WC is really clean compared to other statbuckses…Only suggestion is would be great if bar-stools have back support

This Starbucks is as good as any. Very, very clean considering it gets heavy traffic in Seattle's college hub. There’s a security woman that types in the restroom code for you. I suppose it’s for good reason. The staff are very polite, paid street parking is available.
