This store has a particular issue with making matcha latte correctly. To the point where I have ordered several times on Uber Eats and keep getting steamed milk with a hint of matcha. I did call and discuss this with a team lead. I also went there once after an order and they remade it, but it didn't taste much different. I paid for extra matcha powder this final attempt and still ended up with steamed oatmilk for $10 tall matcha latte via Uber Eats. This is not an issue at other stores in the area. Specially this one. I am hoping the lead can discuss this issue and resolve it. There is absolutely something wrong with the way they make it, or the amount of matcha they use.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I sat in there for 30 minutes and watch the barista be rude to several customers. Won’t be back.
Charged me for extra caramel.Didn't give me extra caramel. Parking is terrible per usual. I don't like that this location doesn't have a drive-through, only pick up inside. Service was unusually slow, and the drink was made incorrectly. Didn't have time for them to remake it and spend another 20 minutes making three drinks.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have eighty eight doors and their doors are not wide enough for a wheelchair.
