This is a very cozy starbucks with very friendly staff and good food. They have a good taste of music.
Nice area nice folks
It is a standard starbucks. The music is so loud and bad, I would rather have someone hold a pot over my head and bang it with a metal spoon, than to sit here for another minute.
Go there often and will be back

It's the second time I go there and after waiting 15 minutes I get nothing because they forgot about my order. I'll never go back again!
Bought two venti strawberry açaís and tipped $5. When i got to the car and drove away I noticed it was mostly ice and the drink was bland as it looked & tasted like iced water with barely any flavor in it

A local neighborhood Starbucks, near my residence with friendly service and reliable hours. Its nice to see the same baristas each morning, and the service is always fast and friendly.
Parking: If you cant park in the lot, street parking is usually available in the AM

First time in this Starbucks tucked away on Eastlake. So much warmth and hospitality on a rainy day! Great barista. Just had to ask if I could take her picture because she was the best. And in and out so fast.
Parking: Thank God they had Parking. Made all the difference because I was in a rush. Was able to pull and get my drink and leave.

I think this is the first time I went into a Starbucks and the employees were completely genuine. Super chill baristas working this Monday evening! I got a decaf hazelnut shaken espresso.

I stopped in today for a late afternoon Americano with heavy cream. I specifically requested heavy cream. The barista apparently wasn't paying attention and made it with half and half. She remade it and it was not good.I asked for an ounce or less of heavy cream, she must have poured several ounces in. It wasn't hot, it didn't taste good and after taking two sips I left it on a table outside before leaving. This is why people who enjoy good coffee avoid Starbucks. The coffee is not good, the service is lackluster and the overall experience is never worth the money.I will only go to Starbucks if there is no other choice. After today even if there is no other choice I'll simply do without rather than spending money on something that is not drinkable. Good coffee does not need sugar to camouflage it. If the coffee you are making tastes terrible without sugar that is a problem to be resolved.I would like a refund but it probably isn't worth the hassle to pursue it.
