Ordered my food on the Starbucks app. Got there to pick it up and was waiting, waiting, and waiting. Finally someone notices me standing waiting for a pickup when the store was pretty much slow and empty. I was told my food order is no longer available. Then they offered me an alternative. As I was eating my alternative sandwich, I noticed the one I ordered was more expensive. I should’ve at least gotten a partial refund. I’m now trying to navigate the Starbucks app to get my partial refund!
