I ordered the Carmel apple cider extra hot for my birthday during today and the person taking the order, asked me specifically if I wanted the whipped cream and Carmel drizzle and everything. I told him yes. I then had to get to work so I didn’t suspect that it was incorrect. I am at work now and cannot return and it was put in as steamed cider! On my birthday!

Bought a sandwich here that had mold on one side. Working staff at the store were understanding about the situation and gave me the manager’s email to contact for refund. It’s been two days and I haven’t received any response.

It’s no surprise that this store is selling food beyond its expiration or in bad conditions as they frequently run BOGO deals to what I assume is to reduce expired or expiring inventory which is concerning…

Ordered my favorite drink and it was accidentally sent to the Madison location. The barista made my drink, super quick and one of the best iced mochas I've tasted. He definitely made my day better. Wish I'd gotten his name.

The store is an older Starbucks concept but it’s kept very clean, the people who work here are kind and attentive; and they respect that I’m a caregiver with limited break time. The prices are about 1 dollar more per item relative to other Starbucks, but the baristas are Swedish employees so they receive a living wage.

This place had fruit flies everywhere and in the drinks. The people working there are rude and do not care about your order being made timely or accurately. The floors were filthy with dust and debris. Not to mention the prices are 2-3 dollars more than the other two Starbucks that surround it. Seriously do not even bother with this place.

Horrible. At no time do you see signs that say this is a cashless store and you get major attitude from the cashier when you ask where the sign is. Also a 10% markup just because it's in a hospital.

Expected more (or maybe not...seems Starbucks is on a downward spiral).Dropped off a relative at the ER (which always takes a long time). Wanted to pick up a bite and coffee after the long wait. Ordered two servings of gruyere egg bites and coffee. As rush hour traffic is full on at this time and I have a long commute, I took the food to go.My mistake for trusting the server. Not only were the egg bites not fully warmed through ( shouldn't this be a food safety issue??) I only got one order. And a burrito. Something I didn't ask for, buy or eat (dietary restrictions). Not exactly the best way to go to try and serve the hospital staff or the people who have to spend endless hours in the waiting rooms / areas.3 stars for the atmosphere as the place is actually "cute". The rest, shameful.

This is like my favorite drink ? from Starbucks: Pink Drink. Starbucks Pink Drink is a light and refreshing beverage that features the sweet flavors of Strawberry Acai Refreshers with accents of passion fruit and acai combined with Coconutmilk, and topped with a scoop of strawberries. It’s super delicious and very refreshing ?. If you feel like thirsty or idk worn out from work, then this drink is the answer to your needs. Highly recommended! Love love love it ?

It's in the hospital here. And it's probably the best reason to visit this waiting room.

A usual Starbucks!

They usually have plenty of baristas to keep the line and wait times short. All of the baristas are friendly. It does get pretty loud in that area so it can be hard to communicate sometimes. There isn’t a lounge or anywhere to sit down like a normal coffee shop.

Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room to go through the line, but the pick up area is a bit cramped.
