The drink was decent -I had gotten a 12 oz hot latte, when rhe lady gave me the drink, it felt light. I went out to my car and opened the cup, it was not full, if being conservative, it was maybe 2/3-3/4 full. I am not pleased with the service since I was the only person there. It would not have been too hard to steam a little more oar milk to fill the cup that I paid extra for the milk alternative.

If this is the one inside the QFC I'm very disappointed ?. I went last Sunday to get 2 vanilla latte and they give me something that tasted as mint with milk. I can get milk from the store instead, and by the way the cashier there always looks upset when costumers get there at least with me. Last time going there.

Great Starbucks location, definitely the nicest one in University Village, but also the most crowded. Gets very busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and cozy window seating if you’re lucky enough to snag one!

Coffee was great and staff was awesome but the seating area was gross. No clean tables all had crumbs or spills. Unswept. Also it seems like there is a foul odor like sweat build up on the cushioned chairs. Once I move to the wooden chairs it went away. (I'm frankly showered so it wasn't me ;)

Just experienced the most awful service! Waited over 10 minutes for a simple pumpkin cold foam cold brew. The baristas made drinks of patrons who ordered after me and when I asked when my drink was coming out a young kid asks me what I ordered when he took my order! I told him and some girl turned around and said she totally forgot about it and the kid tells me their training someone! I was like "that's not an excuse but okay." Nobody apologized they all just stood there. Also I was talking with a woman who ordered before me who also waited way too long for her drinks and we don't understand how there were 5 employees and only one person being trained and they were that slow???

if i can give a zero i would he is so slow we ask for a vanilla bean frap and the vanilla bean we order doesn't have coffee in it but he put coffee in it , it took him an hour to make that drink and since we didn't have that much time because my baby brother was with us he was all over the place so we told him to just make us a dragon fruit and then we left NEVER GOING TO THAT STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN

A good Starbucks inside the QFC. A good amount of comfy places to sit, too. They also have retail items like cups and mugs here.

It pains me to have a leave a Starbucks a bad review but I think it's warranted. I only drink one thing at Starbucks. A cappuccino with hazelnut (wet). I always get it this way because I hate having a drink where half the drink is foam. So getting it wet makes we feel like I'm getting what I'm asking for. I've only been to this Starbucks twice. Both times I got my drink, the cup was HALF empty. How is it possible to have a drink half empty even when it's ordered WET? That means when its not ordered wet, you serve the cup less than half empty. But I drank the coffee because I wanted some. But I sent my mom this morning and I let her know, if they bring that cup out half empty, just get a refund. The beauty of living in Seattle is that there are literally a thousand coffee shops. I think I'll go somewhere where 12oz means 12 oz.
