I visit my son that goes to UW 2 times a year here. I spend easily 30 a day at Starbucks where I live. So when I have ordered tea, yesterday the girl didn't know where the tea bags were. She couldn't brew tea, so she wanted to have me come back tomorrow and write me a note for my online order. Huh? It was a chore to have them reimburse me for the order in the grocery store. She was just being lazy and need to look for the tea bags. Another time I had ordered tea and was similar situation where they were out. Today I went and ordered tea at the counter and asked do you have tea. She said yes. Then when they served it she it was cloudy as heck. I order my tea with no ice and no water. It is super cold so I say this is yesterdays tea as its cloudy, and she says they brewed it this morning. I try to explain that the tea tannins binds to caffeine when its cooled or refrigerated. I was asking them to brew new tea. OMG. She could careless and all they are interested in doing is gabbing. Going to buy tea at this coffee shop near the VRBO from now on when I am here.

In Las Cruces at the Sonoma Ranch Starbucks the baristas care and do an excellent job! This Starbucks is absurd.

Stopped in as they were closing/ got off of work late- and was on my way to a very important date! Juno or Juna (please forgive me if I’m wrong on the spelling) made my drink happen with a smile. As an industry worker, I highly suggest the service here! Thank you kindly!

I had a very difficult time ordering a box of coffee to go for a soccer game. I called the night before to pre-order and was told by the employee working that she didn’t know how to do a box of coffee to go. At that point I should have gone to any of the coffee shops in the area. Stupidly,I sent someone to order in person. It took 30 min to get the coffee, which was see through and not properly brewed. Basically hot water with a bitter taste and light brown coloring.

Don't expect a refund if the item is out of stock when you do a mobile order.

Came in around 840 had about 15-20 minutes before I started my shift so I stopped here to grab a quick coffee. Came to the counter and nobody was there so I asked someone nearby if they were open, he said they were and she’d be right back. Waited 5 minutes and she showed up, didn’t acknowledge me at all and went back to the back and didn’t see her after 10 more minutes so I just left. First and last time I’m ever stopping by this Starbucks.

Whoever was the female worker when I just went to this Starbucks was beyond appalling, she wore nothing to indicate she worked for starbucks or apron, she seemed incredibly annoyed when we walked up and had to interrupt her flirting with her coworker, I said hello and she rolled her eyes, when we were done ordering we had no option to get a receipt, then we sat down for about 10 minutes before checking to see our drinks had been ready a while and she just never bothered to let anyone know, and when we got them the size was wrong, but i don’t even know what I paid for because she threw out the receipt without asking :)!

Once upon a time, in a far away swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek (Mike Myers) whose precious solitude is suddenly shattered by an invasion of annoying fairy tale characters. They were all banished from their kingdom by the evil Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow). Determined to save their home -- not to mention his -- Shrek cuts a deal with Farquaad and sets out to rescue Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz) to be Farquaad's bride. Rescuing the Princess may be small compared to her deep, dark secret.

Whelp, I go in to the Starbucks @1801 N 45th Street above QFC to pick up my Mobile order and Look at my Drink and think to myself is this an Inflationary Cause because if I didnt know any better I would say my drink looks a little short of some Liquid? The Girl working Just say's Ooops we ran out of oatmilk and mind you this starbucks is in a grocery store but anyway she says Sorry. So I guess its the New Grande Venti I have been hearing about. Because if you were to remove the Ice would be couple ounces of liquid. Recession of coffee and inflation of price.

This is a Great Starbucks! Everything was Excellent! My wife told me about this location quite a while ago & I had the pleasure of going here a few times a while ago. We have moved about 3½ hours away from this area & on a recent visit, I just Had to come into this location! Best service of most other locations I have been to from Mount Vernon all the way down to Vancouver, WA. Come on into this location, you will be well taken care of & your drinks & food will be as close to Perfect as it can be!

In all of this, Starbucks is amazing. I was assisted by Lori this morning on 5/22/24. I ordered a sandwich and a venti shaken espresso. After shaking it with the ice, I politely asked her to please make sure there's no ice in it. Surprisingly, she gave me my drink back in a Venti cup, but it looked more like a Grande size. I even marked a score line on the picture to show you exactly what she initially gave me. When I saw it, I asked her if she was joking, but it turns out she wasn't. So, I requested her to fill it up properly. She then tried to tell me what I should order next time and even mentioned that I could refuse service. I couldn't understand why I would be refused service, especially since I wasn't being rude as a customer. Overall, the location is amazing and has great workers, with the exception of that one individual.
