Very convenient. Fresh coffee and drinks. Good staff. This Starbucks is located inside the Sheraton Grand Seattle, so convenient to grab drinks on the go ( to the convention centre). This is not a sit down, just take out. But you can sit in the hotel lobby if you need to sit, I guess. Excellent service, though sometimes there's a line up. I personally appreciate the free cup of water to go with my tea ( since I have to pay for water at the hotel). Wish it was open later, cause sometimes I just need that extra boost in the evening. Still, this Starbucks is open 5am to 5 pm daily.

Stephen and Antonella were absolutely amazing! Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care turned a simple coffee stop into a truly wonderful experience. They are incredibly professional, attentive, and simply adorable. Starbucks is lucky to have them, and I truly hope they get the recognition and growth opportunities they deserve. Highly recommended!

I experienced extremely poor customer service at this Starbucks location. Natalie incorrectly accused me of stealing an item, handled the situation unprofessionally, and made no effort to apologize or correct her mistake once it was clear she was wrong. The interaction felt dismissive and accusatory, and left me uncomfortable as a customer.

This Starbucks was on the first floor of our hotel, so it was very convenient to pick something up and take it back to our room. We were able to order online with the app using gift cards. We ordered from here a few times and got some teas and some sandwiches. From the time it took for us to get downstairs from the 30th floor, our drinks and food would be waiting for us in the pick-up area. Our drinks were made correctly each time, and the sandwiches we ordered were correct. This is a positive point for me because I have been to Starbucks locations where I order two different sandwiches but get two of the same ones. They also sell Washington and Seattle coffee cups or ornaments, which are cool souvenirs.

She was very helpful when needed and always had fast service ! The grilled cheese is okay, kinda greasy. Love the chai and matcha !!
