Big shoutout to Anthony at Starbucks — super friendly, kind and helpful. You can tell he really cares about great service. Appreciate the good vibes every time! During our stay at Sheraton one of our to go drinks place just because of Anthony made such an enjoyable experience.

Does not take cash. There is no sign indicating that they do not take cash. At the very least there should be a sign.

This Starbucks was on the first floor of our hotel, so it was very convenient to pick something up and take it back to our room. We were able to order online with the app using gift cards. We ordered from here a few times and got some teas and some sandwiches. From the time it took for us to get downstairs from the 30th floor, our drinks and food would be waiting for us in the pick-up area. Our drinks were made correctly each time, and the sandwiches we ordered were correct. This is a positive point for me because I have been to Starbucks locations where I order two different sandwiches but get two of the same ones. They also sell Washington and Seattle coffee cups or ornaments, which are cool souvenirs.

I stayed at the hotel so i went to starbucks every morning, Sylvia was so nice and always made me feel special, she was interested in our trip and offered a place to visit. She was very helpful when needed and always had fast service ! The grilled cheese is okay, kinda greasy. Love the chai and matcha !!

Wow, I don't normally write reviews but I feel it on my heart to write one for this poor worker
The lady in front of me had rudely told a worker that what she had told the lady was incorrect after checking with front desk, the worker whose name I think was Natalie from her name tag had let her know about the destination fee policy, and was trying to tell her that it's the highest amount and was a one time thing not culmative (something she should have already known since the front desk had already given us a paper on it) and she had said "okay" to the rude lady. She quickly went to her manager to fix the issue while the lady in front of me badmouthed the worker to her son. When the lady came up to the front Natalie had greeted her with a smile and had stated she wasn't sure why the front desk had said that but was checking to make sure, and was getting a paper.
The lady repeatedly called her rude and cold, and wouldn't listen and I was shocked to see no one stand up for her. I didn't feel it was my place to as a customer so I was hoping that the manager would see how rude the lady was and fix the situation.
I had been watching before this and I could see that Natalie was very friendly with the other customers in front of us, and was also very kind to me, even after dealing with such a rude customer she was excellent and did her best even if she looked slightly frazzled by it.
The rude lady was rude even to the manager and the manager simply said she would talk to Natalie, I was disappointed to see such a lack of support or care for her workers that they could get badmouthed, and still be admonished despite doing so well with other customers. I hope this was just an instance of a manager saying something to pander to a customer but even so, it was very disappointing to watch.
I had heard the worker say that she was mistaken and the rude lady latched onto that talking about how rude, cold, and wrong she was! Even so, the lady completely didn't listen and from how Natalie had explained it, it was clear that the lady was the one with the misunderstanding
Starbucks! PLEASE treat your workers more kindly! Hope this girl and the rest gets a raise for dealing with such rude people 😆

Really great service in the middle of a conference. Unlike most Starbucks I have been to recently, they manage both app purchases and in-person well. Food was well prepared and they didn't skimp on volume of my caramel macchiato!
