Wish i can give negative start for service red hair barista refused my service because I don't have physical card how am I supposed to have physical card when I get online gift card. Plus she was not even want to try scan card and all she said this is safeway starbucks it is different. I can use in other grocery starbucks but why not in this one?? I seriously want to know. Her attitude need to change and not complain about customer to other customer.

I've been to this Starbucks many times, and it's been nothing short of amazing!Safeway has incredible Starbucks deals from time to time, and I never miss the opportunity to grab a cheap drink. The baristas are incredibly friendly and showed me how to claim the deal in the app so that I can apply it to my order! Plus, the drinks have always tasted just as great as at any other Starbucks, but without the crazy lines.I absolutely love this Starbucks and will definitely keep coming back!

Gross. The barista that is working today is super sick and not wearing a mask and she is coughing all over everything without covering her mouth. I was so grossed out that I threw my coffee away and sanitized my hands. Come on, we're still in a pandemic. Please have some respect for immunocompromised individuals and at least put on a mask. Literally just coughing onto all the equipment and not even attempting to cover her mouth. Put on a mask when you're sick!! Or don't come to work. Also, just a note, this location has no hot food and no blond espresso in case you're wanting either, I'd suggest skipping this location all together and going to the full service starbucks around the corner.

Extremely rude barista. I was in line for 5 minutes and when my turn came, the barista told me they won't take anymore orders as there are lot of orders and was very rude.
I’ve never had a barista more rude to me. His name was Tyrone. I asked him what seasonal lattes they have and he snapped back “which would you like?” and I asked which are in season. He then snapped back “which would you like” and then I just said “any latte man” so he’d leave me alone as if he was really condescending maybe because I wasn’t being specific for him or something. He then charged me a venti for the price of a grande but I just wanted to be left alone because I felt I was harassed enough. Awful experience.

Racist barista. The guy gave me a really sick attitude while I noticed the light skinned customers were treated with respect . Am not trying to victimize myself but that guy has issues with professionalism. I walked in and greeted like everyone else but that discriminatory attitude was annoying I didn't have time for that crap
