Seven baristas working together for one frap I ordered, more than fifteen minutes waiting when only few customers here and said ready on the board but not actually made, they put me in a conundrum when I’m on this lunch break. Try to avoid them on rush and not rush hour. Cancelled my order eventually, period.

Frankly I'm not a big fan of Starbucks as I find it's coffee weak but at this location the cappuccino was pretty decent. Also Starbucks stays open late so that helps. Special mention is the reusable cups that they serve coffee in which they sterilize and re-use. This is one of the few Starbucks I would return to.

This Starbucks is the best I only have Starbucks here most other locations have slipped. I like hockey so that also makes it worth while, but the drinks are consistent which is what I'm after when I go to Starbucks.

I've been such a loyal customer to this specific location. I don't know who is doing the hiring but they need to do better. The service has gone wayyy down hill. They had me waiting for 15 minutes and served EVERY ONE ELSE. I had to verbally ask where my order was before they told me they were sold out of a certain item. Part of working at Starbucks is customer service, and this location seems to have lost that plot.
