I've been such a loyal customer to this specific location. I don't know who is doing the hiring but they need to do better. The service has gone wayyy down hill. They had me waiting for 15 minutes and served EVERY ONE ELSE. I had to verbally ask where my order was before they told me they were sold out of a certain item. Part of working at Starbucks is customer service, and this location seems to have lost that plot.

This Starbucks is located in the Kraken Community Iceplex, across from the Kraken team store. There's no seating, so it's basically a counter only cafe where you grab and go. It's convenient to have such a coffee place inside the Iceplex as most parents can grab something to drink or eat while watching their kids' hockey games. There's a digital board to show whose drinks are ready whose drinks are still being prepped, which makes things much easier. The staff members here are friendly and polite. The drinks, well, are meeting Starbucks standards.

No other coffee place compares to Starbucks for the quality & taste of their drinks & food. However, a number of locations don't allow seating due to transient issues. An exception is the Universty Village location, if one can find a seat in this popular location. Starbucks tends to be pricey but the completion is not far behind in the price hiking. For that reason, I bought my own espresso maker but still go to Starbucks now & then.

Located on the second level of the iceplex (you’ll see a lovely set of stairs leading up) right by the top of the stairs. Very small Starbucks, but the staff is very efficient. Order number monitor on the back wall helps with keeping track of the orders. No visual pastry bar due to the tight space, but they do have a flip menu of the items next to the cashier.
