I ordered the wrong drink by mistake. Ms. Sonny fixed my order right away with no problem. I appreciate the professionalism and the great attitudes at this location. The cashier Jacky was welcoming with a smile too! The only thing I would say needs to be fixed is the parking lot. It is too small for the amount of traffic.
Our drinks and snacks came out great. However, the employees aren't very friendly. They seemed inconvenienced by us adding on another item to our order and then proceeded to aggressively hand our items to us. No "have a nice day" or anything similar to that before we left.
Went in the drive thru and had to go inside because I didn’t like what I ordered in Starbucks has eliminated toffee nut syrup so I tried hazelnut. I can’t have some syrup options because surprisingly some syrups and sauces are made with milk…
