quick one minute walk from Seattle university. Wait time was like 7 mins for 3 drinks so not to bad. It was decently crowded but the drinks and snacks were good.

Understaffed pathetic excuse for a coffee shop. In a city with hundreds of local coffee shops with real character that serve better drinks and food I can’t imagine why anyone would go here. Broaden your horizons

I tried two new holiday drinks over there, and I felt satisfied.Caramel Brulée LatteThe Caramel Brulée Latte features Starbucks signature Espresso Roast, steamed milk and rich caramel brulée sauce, topped with whipped cream and a supreme topping of even more caramel brulée bits. Available hot, iced, and as a Frappuccino® blended beverage.I don't like too sweet so I ordered 2 pumps(the original is 3 pumps) for tall and 2 shots for it, and it was good. the sweetness is perfect.Chestnut Praline Lattestarts with signature Espresso Roast and velvety steamed milk, along with flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices, topped with whipped cream and spiced praline crumbs. Available hot, iced, and as a Frappuccino® blended beverage.I am okay with the sweetness of this latte, and it was fantastic!

Placed an order and called right after and spoke with the shift supervisor and told her “No Ice in my espresso” repeatedly. I arrive and guess what! There’s ice in my espresso. Like it blows my mind how amazing espresso taste without being shocked by ice yet Starbucks baristas loves to kill my espresso’s by adding half a cup of ice!

This Starbucks used to be really friendly and helpful which is hard to come by being homeless. They would give me cardboard boxes and trash bags for warmth, and sometimes a drink or food they were getting rid of, though I would buy what I could when I had any money. The past two times though, I asked if they were getting rid of anything that night and they said they didn't give it to individuals, only donate it (myself having not eaten in over a week). Immediately after me an employee came around the counter and 'ordered' and they gave him two food items for free which they joked about. The two then also laughed talked about how they had decided to only give another homeless woman something frozen that had been long forgotten in a freezer or smth just to see if she would eat it, and then laughed at how hungry she was for eating it anyway. It was one of the most messed up acts of cruelty I've encountered, and I've see a lot. I came in again tonight and before one employee could give me anything when I asked, the other stopped them and said 'it's for donation'. You used to be some of the only friendly faces I would see in a month, and now you think making games out of people's starvation is hilarious. I am furious and hurt and severely disappointed.

I cannot talk about this location enough. The team of people working here is the best I’ve seen. Always helping each other out and stepping in where needed. Unlike the location on Madison St, the baristas treat me like a human being and actually try to have a proper conversation with me. I’ve never had them make a mistake on an order and my matcha lattes are made to perfection along with my strawberry açaí lemonades. I literally only ever come to this location now. My daughter had a birthday this last weekend and just the barista writing a simple happy birthday on her cake pop bag, made her whole day. It’s the little things sometimes.Kid-friendliness: My toddlers love the baristas here and there’s a fun area with all the pictures of the neighborhood dogs that come in that they love looking at.

I absolutely AVOID this place when the tall, white skinny guy is working in the morning because he tries to add on additional charges for things no one else ever EVER has.I’ve NEVER been charged for adding a couple pumps of flavor to my already $6 drink but during my last visit, the white guy slides over after the girl has already rung me up to tell her next time charge me for pumps of flavoring. She literally told him, I pressed add flavor in our system but it comes up aa NO CHARGE. He tells her well, its extra pumps so add it next time.I’ve gone there when he is NOT there and no one else has tried or mentioned charging me.I recommend you don’t buy from here when he’s there if you want to save yourself from being nickel and dimed. The service is ridiculously slow as well!Countless times I’ve watched them hold my food and drink at the back counter while they wait to hand out multiple orders at once, so you get your food cold. Also the food is hit or miss. Sometimes my drink taste like the gave me just a cup of milk and other times they get it right.

Came by on a Friday at 8pm (website and hours on the door say 9pm). It was closed. Times are tough, and people call out. But if you're closing early, it's not hard to put a sign out rather than just glaring at the customer through the window until they go away.At least you'll be stocked for tomorrow since you let the delivery guy in. Thanks

If you like their matcha lemonade like I do- Do not go to this location. They will make you the most watered down swamp water drink and then charge you for "extra matcha" when in reality that should be how they make the drink to begin with. Instead, go to the Starbucks inside the QFC on Broadway, they make the drink right to begin with-every single time.
