Be very careful if you're going to drive through this Starbucks. Definitely the tightest drive-thru I've ever been through anywhere. If you're not an excellent driver then just park and go inside. Otherwise, the Starbucks is totally fine, exactly like all the others, consistently good drinks and food. Service was great.

The person who works there named Ryan I don’t know how Starbucks keep this person there he is very rude when I ask him to be nice he kept repeating the price when I was talking to my daughter to add something else to the order

I'll never understand why Starbucks employees try to overcharge for custom items. I went across the street to the QFC where there is a Starbucks located inside, got the same order for several dollars less, I used that several dollars to tip.

Dietary restrictions: The woman who answered was extremely rude and tried to charge me for oat milk and when I went in she had short blonde hair but when I went in to get my travels everyone else was amazing! The sweetest curly haired girl helped me and it made me change my mind about not coming back.

I'm completely disgusted by the employee's treatment of my daughter in this store Tuesday afternoon .
There was an accident on the freeway holding up traffic for hour's and we exited to use restroom and order drinks and a special cake pop . Just for a little kid that could barely hold her bladder anymore to be humiliated, scared and confused by a "partner " .
We won't be coming back to any Starbucks nor buying grocery store products from you . Have a day you deserve.
Kid-friendliness: This store is not child friendly and will make your child cry in humiliation and desperation to use the bathroom instead of a cake pop.

Bought drinks here and asked if our 6yo can use their restroom, they didn’t let him, said their restroom is not public. They don’t care if you’re their client or not! Shame on you and hope you’ll never be in this situation wanting to use the restroom and no one lets you!
