Rachel (the Barista with the tattoos) always delivers me outstanding service even remembers my name & order she’s extremely nice and trains her staff well I do recall a slightly rude worker from a while back but haven’t seen them there recently

This Starbucks makes my coffee pretty good. When I get lite ice, sometimes they put barely any, but hey thats gonna happen sometimes when your ask for "Lite ice"

Ever since Starbucks stopped having 1/2 & 1/2 available to customers, my experience here has been mostly just frustrating. When ordering drop coffee, baristas either have to pour the 1/2 & 1/2 in, or I ask for it on the side. If they pour it in, they are unable to get the ratio of cream to coffee right. And if they give me a cup of it on the side, they usually don't pour enough in, and I'll have to ask for more, which can take another couple mins to flag down a harried barista to explain that I need more cream. Sometimes they're cool about it, sometimes snarky. What used to be a nice, relaxing experience of getting coffee, has become an annoyance. Once in awhile they get it right, but most of the time, they don't. This is not the baristas' fault, but management's decision to make things harder for customers and baristas alike..

Saturday 9/9/23 both lady they did exactly what I instructed them which is usually not happening In Starbucks branches, specially the branches inside the grocery stores but not today.
They have been quite rude to me, here, more than once. Unlike a starbucks!

Rachel and her teammate Lynn are one of the best Starbucks staffs I’ve ever met. Not only always making my drinks on point but also performing excellent customer service. Definitely my go-to spot and most favorite Starbucks team in Shoreline area!!!
