I visited Starbucks to place an order, and the employee’s first response upon seeing me was, “I don’t think we’re ready yet,” even though another customer had just ordered their coffee and they opened at 5 am. When I asked for a simple item like banana bread, the employee hesitated, smirked, and after a noticeable pause, said, “Oh, we don’t have that.” Sadly, this dismissive treatment has become a recurring issue when I visit Starbucks in my law enforcement uniform. It’s unfortunate that people are judged based on their identity, and it’s disheartening to see such interactions take on a political tone. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this behavior, and it’s deeply disappointing. As a result, I’ve decided I will no longer visit or purchase anything from Starbucks.

The baristas are very bad. They are not nice to customers personally with me. It's really unpleasant but I live very close and sometimes I have to go here... they should renew the staff for nicer people, that's all

Made 3 visits here and won't make another. Different person behind the counter each time. Each trying their best, but just not trained at all. Not true Starbucks-level results, unfortunately.

A boy who served me name “ Otto” I told him a few times I want hot matcha green tea latte and each time I was seeing on cashier register he was typing an ice green tea so I had to correct him few times, very disappointed of Starbucks customer service!

A girl working today named Kara served me coffee that I normally order with 4 honey packets and a splash of cream. Normally the coffee is really well made and the honey is in the coffee and there’s only a splash of cream as ordered and staff is very friendly. Kara didn’t put the honey packets in and there was so much cream in the cup I couldn’t taste the coffee :(

Mi coworker buy 2 coffees here last week and they were horrible a old lady made it, I did not ask for refund because I had to go to work and I waste 15 dls. Today Zach is the one who made the drinks and this is the second time they messed it up again, I called to ask for a refund and they are not willing to give me a refund, it means I waste almost 30 dls for garbage because that’s the place where I put the drinks. If you guys are not trained to make a good job, you should at least be willing to give the my money back to customers. I am not expecting that money back because that’s what Zach told me but definitely am not coming back to this place they just rob your money!!!
