What I've always loved about this store is that all the workers are very nice. Even if it's something that corporate wants them to do, I feel like they try their best to make you feel warm and welcome. I really enjoyed the little note on my cup, and I hope the team has a good day today :)

this starbucks is the worst starbucks in washington every time i come here they mess up my order. i asked for the most simple thing ever caramel drizzle on the cup and no whip and they give me whip and no caramel drizzle on the cup and the wrong flavor frapp?!!??!!!!! what the hell? do they not listen?? i went up to the lady to puts the lids on the cups and asked her to remake it and please add caramel drizzle to cup she remade it and gave me it with no caramel drizzle again??♀️ learn how to use ur ears and repeat orders back like ur supposed to??
