The staff at this location are stuck up and not friendly. This is not a one time experience. Very very different from other Starbucks locations in the area. Do yourself a favour and go across the street to Uptown Espresso. Better coffee and super friendly staff.

I ordered small white chocolate mocha and went to use the bathroom, I came back took a sip I noticed the cup was light, opened it and noticed it was half way filled, I asked the barista to add more coffee,He got attitude real quick started talking mess in front of my kids. All I asked for is what I paid for. He was a jerk he told me to buy more! And added milk. The store was dirty trash filled to the top, the floors were filled with mess. No customer service at all.

11-30-2023. Saydee is amazing. We had multiple orders. She did it with a smile. Awesome customer service, She is great!Vesi vesi vesi.....thank you. She always makes my drink correctly and perfectly. I like to get the cold brew with the added cold foam. I asked for it to be in a venti cup therefore I can get the full amount of cold brew with the full amount of foam. Most times when I get it there is not the proper amount of foam than I am paying for. This girl gets it spot on every time.

These women are professional, helpful and graceful of spirit. I thank you very much. Our order arrived exact and hot and delicious. Another crazy little shop in Magnolia Village. Magnolia is for the most part local businesses with, what, three or four coffee spots? As they say in the movies, "crazy".
