Yes at 1pm August 14. their were two employees. we wanted to purchased couple stuff. They ignored me to attend me to complete my order. When saw how they’re treating the customer. I left my purchase and I hope not to return Starbucks again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at McGraw st . I placed an order for couple items, but my order was not completed as requested.

Not only was this inconvenient, but it also affected my overall experience and impression of your service. I have always chosen Starbucks for its quality and reliability, so this was unexpected and frustrating.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, provide an explanation, and offer a resolution for the inconvenience caused. I hope this can be addressed promptly so I can continue to enjoy my future visits without concern. I hope Starbucks trains its employees to respect customer and provide satisfactory customer service in the future.

Yesterday the two ladies working at 1:55 PM they don’t have great costumer service and they were just so rude so I hope those ladies get taken care of because they were also giving me attitude and are just horrible

Jason is an amazing Starbucks Partner, he’s friendly, he’s responsive, he is meticulous in everything he does! It would be nice if the rest of the partners at this location actually cared 1/2 an ounce for customers, unfortunately they don’t! But if you get Jason you’ll be happy!

I used to meet a friend there every couple of weeks but as of today we will meet somewhere else after being rudely turned away from using the restroom by a barista because I personally didn't buy anything. With that kind of attitude I will watch for Starbucks stock to go down. I'm selling my shares.

I love ordering from this Starbucks the workers are always friendly and never have an attitude when I ask questions about certain drinks, they are very fast pace at getting orders done. The building is so clean and cozy.

I came in to order my usual 12 oz. chai latte with almond milk and a warmed up chocolate croissant. My drink came out first, and while I was waiting for my chocolate croissant and sipping on my drink, the older, middle aged male employee started to wave and pantomime drinking to me. When I finally realized he was motioning towards me, he asked “Did you pay for that?”, meaning my drink. I was very confused and responded with a “Umm, yes?”. He didn’t say anything else and just turned away.
I felt very bad and double checked my drink. It had my name and my exact order, I couldn’t understand what I was doing that would have made him accuse me of stealing. I had stood in line, paid, and gave a tip. There was no explanation or apology and I felt very unwelcome, so I decided to just leave before the rest of my order was ready. I work in the area and come by 3-4 days a week. I will not be back, there are plenty of other coffee shops in the area and this person obviously doesn’t care if his customers come back.

Incredibly slow. Waited over 20minutes for a moble order. Watched people ask for a refund because they had to wait so long. Everytime I come here it takes (what feels like FOREVER) to get the order....meh!
