Baristas here seem rude to me, I rarely drink at Starbucks and Im always confused about their sizes. When I asked a Large Cherry Chai, they gave me a small with lots of ice and two sips of syrup/liquid. Never going to go here again.
I live close to this location and this is not the first time I had this experience, I wish the employees do not bring their emotions onto the customers at work.

dear local starbucks ive been coming to for over 4 years- im not sure what the issue is but the past week theyve been extremely rude ! this morning she was very abrupt at the orderbox and cut me off when i was speaking. then when i got to the window, i asked for another straw and she proceeds to say “like the one you have in your hand”, theres no need for the attitude when i needed anither straw! dont get smart with customers, especially at 6am!!! didnt you just clock in?? last week, i was chastised because i didnt put in my mobile order fast enough?? when its never been an issue the past 4 years…i dont want to leave my starbucks, please fix your attitudes or find another job! i didnt get names but next time i will and will be contacting corporate, im a paying loyal customer who deserves to be treated with respect.

The staff would benefit from some hospitality training. I’ve been here twice and the vibe is always standoffish and not very warm. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for friendly service.

A wonderful full service Starbucks! Excellent staff. Nice seating and washrooms! 5 Stars for Starbucks! Bring back your old business model please. Btw, I fully agree with the previous reviewer.. Starbucks, your baristas are excellent… why can you not support their union efforts and treat your staffers with the respect they deserve?

This store is really hit or miss for me. Usually in the morning is when I have issues. For example, this morning I went to go pick up a sizable mobile order and wanted to go inside so everyone could grab their items, but their cafe was closed with no indication that it was. I get staffing problems but maybe put a sign? The drive thru was open but it was frustrating because then we were handed everything all at once in a tray, food and all. When didn’t become not standard to not put two or more food items in a handle bag? And the food items we got were stuffed into a carrier with our drinks, getting weird and wet from the beverages. Not to mention they were out of key holiday items which probably isn’t their fault but nonetheless. I try to give grace because I am a Starbucks partner but with Brian’s new efforts to bring back cafe atmosphere, I felt very shoved away. No connecting or anything at the window other than here are your things.

Very friendly staff that let you use the restroom if you need to, unlike a lot of other places. These people were very courteous and respectful. My lemon loaf was moist and my caramel frap was delicious, as always.
