This is my favorite Starbucks in Ballard! The staff are amazing with my 4 year old daughter and always remember our regular orders.

my vanilla sweet cream cold brew wasn't vanilla. or sweet. The Baristas are incredibly rude if you have to take a phone call and will come disturb your business.

So weird, I went here on Sunday at 2pm and the barista with bright purple eyeshadow and yellow teeth said they were closed (even though they’re open until 7 and I can still order online). I guess just order through the app since the baristas won’t work unless you place an order online!
