Alex was so wonderful! She remade one of our matchas when we needed it stronger and was really friendly, really sweet and conversational, and the drinks were deliiiicious! Definitely coming back :)

This is definitely one of the less efficient Starbucks around this area. It's very small and gets a lot of traffic since it's right by the metro. There is not enough space for people waiting for their drinks so you have to maneuver through the waiting crowd just to get in line. Most of the people working there look like they hate their jobs. I go to this Starbucks all the time and I always think they have some of the nicest people working, but that was absolutely exemplified today when I came through the drive-thru at 10:20am on Christmas Day and had the absolute sweetest person in the window, who truly seemed like she was enjoying work even though this is the one day of the year when most people just want to be at home with their family.
