Bad experience – refusing water for a child
I went to Starbucks and asked for a small cup of water for a child. The staff told me I had to purchase something in order to get water. I find this very disappointing and inhumane. It’s just water for a child – this shouldn’t be a problem. Very bad policy and poor customer service.

1st Starbucks I've been to, where u gotta place an order to get water smh. Horrible
Pretty average Starbucks, but I do appreciate that they are open until 10pm, way later than many place at the Armory. When I'm working night shift at Seattle Center, I sometimes order on my phone and walk over here to pick up a coffee and it's already ready before I'm done walking there. They did forget the dome lid on my frapuccino once but I don't split hairs when these things happen the last hour they are open, sometimes it happens.
