Why are the workers in there if they are on strike? They are closed, but I have also seen them make a few things.

While on a visit with my wife and her two sisters we stopped in on our way to the monorail. Bit of a line to get our order in but that is to be expected at 9:30am I guess. Placed an order for my wife and then waited for our drinks. Waited for about 10 minutes and nothing, my sisters in law and about 3 people behind them got their coffee. Went up to ask if they had called my name yet and I missed it, but I got “the algorithm is acting funny” no I’m sorry just that excuse. Waited another 5 minutes and they finally started to make our orders. My wife’s came up first and when she went up to get hers I heard the barista talking about the algorithm again, but no apology. She actually had attitude. When she called my name again went up and told her to throw it in the trash and went outside. The barista told my sister in law to take the coffee and she did so took it from her and went back to the counter and told them to throw it in the trash again. And that making excuses and acting like it wasn’t their problem is not the way to be. Will never go to Starbucks again. Way better options out there for coffee.

Bad experience – refusing water for a child
I went to Starbucks and asked for a small cup of water for a child. The staff told me I had to purchase something in order to get water. I find this very disappointing and inhumane. It’s just water for a child – this shouldn’t be a problem. Very bad policy and poor customer service.

Messed up my order multiple times, this place has poor organized team. Avoid or you WILL wait longer than expected. Waited almost 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich
