Pretty average Starbucks, but I do appreciate that they are open until 10pm, way later than many place at the Armory. When I'm working night shift at Seattle Center, I sometimes order on my phone and walk over here to pick up a coffee and it's already ready before I'm done walking there. They did forget the dome lid on my frapuccino once but I don't split hairs when these things happen the last hour they are open, sometimes it happens.
Staff worked up a storm on New Year's Eve. They were the only store open late at night, and the line went on forever. Still, they made sure EVERYONE got their order (including mine ?)Have always been friendly whenever I stop by, even though they have to deal with tourists
This has always been a great starbucks location, and the food and drinks have always been great as well. I have 4 stars because the other day on free red cup day, I came as usual in the morning on my way to work to get my coffee, and the store was closed because the workers were on strike. I had to find another starbucks which made me late. Not a very nice thing to randomly do when that affects so many people's daily routines.
