Great and very fast but this is only drive-thru and you have to wait in line with everyone else. If you order ahead on your app you cannot pick it up other than going through the drive-thru. Wish I knew that. Been waiting for a while

Drinks taste standard and good for the most part. But I have NO idea where they found the staff that work here (namely the several young females) they are all extremely disrespectful, and give off the most unwelcoming demeanor you can imagine (to include eye rolling)… I brushed it off as they’re just having a bad day, but nope, consistently every single visit I am met with rudeness, and they seem to have no qualms at all about sharing how much they hate their job.Literally nobody is forcing you to work there, find another job if you are that unhappy rather than trying to bring down each and every person who unfortunately has to encounter your pitiful customer service and rudeness. To the couple dudes who work here, thank you for atleast always being respectful and professional, your colleagues could learn a lot from you.

Awkward approach. Can't walk up. Order on one side of the building then you have to drive around the building to pick up our order. Had to discover that myself - no signs or instructions from the staff member who took the order.

Drive through ONLY. We went to long walk and saw the Starbucks sign so hustled to it, it's drive-through only! I can't even walk up to the window! And there is no other Starbucks nearby so this is a huge disappointment..

This location is a hit or miss tbh, sometimes you have baristas who care, and other times, not so much. I feel like my order was simple, an iced americano with 5 raw sugar. I was a little disappointed when I received my order because all of the sugar was layered on the bottom, not mixed. Being that it is an iced drink, I would assume they would mix the sugar before ice— like most coffee shops. Very disappointed.

Their lids are BS. I was driving and burned my whole a*s because the lid popped off during a turn! My $6 drink all over my car and a huge burn on my butt. I was never even given a stopper for my drink. I will not shop at Starbucks again.
