I didn't want to say it but I have to. It's not the first time this happened i used my stars rewards to get a coffee and I ended up literally having boiled milk even asking for an extra shot of coffee. I tried to fix it at home adding more coffee but no luck. I just feel they don't have the exact amount for the coffee anymore. It's not quality anymore and I am very disappointed because it's not the first time but I have been forgiving it.

Two employees both doing maintenance with no customers. I walked up as one employee is filling her own water bottle- after she slowly finished she walked up to the register. The other guy didn’t even look up. Poor customer service.

Well I usually don't buy anything there but you know they allow you to sit there because you're a Fred Meyer customer which I am I go there a lot because it's the closest to my house i don't like taking the bus so I walk alot. So anyone yeah I had a runin with this young Asian gal I should have got her name I didn't I was just flabbergasted she was treating me so badly all I asked was do you mind wiping my table for me and she said no she said well theres napkins over there is no water there so I had to go to restroom to wipe it all off. You know I'm not I'm not the greatest customer on earth I get it. If you treat people like that you're not gonna get much in return. I think Schultz needs to take this place over again I I mean this is his baby right.
Vegetarian options: There are A few.
Dietary restrictions: I would ask the manager they have a lot of sugar free drinks I know that So diabetics are cool.
Parking: I don't care so I park far far away you know I figured I could walk a few extra steps and It's a lot better over there you still contend with the laundry mat next door but it's still It's a little better than you know on the south side cause the south side is just packed
Kid-friendliness: Well they might have they have decaf drinks but usually kids and coffee don't mix.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a big bump in the second the 1st door when you go out I don't know why they don't fix it but anyway it's just very bumpy right there So Sometimes I get shocked by it because you know don't really expect it to be that bumpy But I really need to bring my pad again but I don't have a car so it's pretty and convenient without a car to bring it.
I was lost in Burien with a dead phone battery last night and the partners were very kind in giving me written directions to where I needed to go. Thank you so much, I really appreciated your taking the time. Wishing y’all well ❤️

Always incredibly slow - usually pretty busy but still also very slow when not busy. The employees really seem like they don’t want to be there. Definitely need better training by Starbucks here!Also they are way too understaffed and should not have mobile ordering available because mobile ordering seems to take longer than just ordering in person because it’s so crowded
