I order drinks and doesn’t taste good, I feel like something has changed or they are no adding enough flavor , so simple

PICK UP ONLY STORE. They don’t want you working in the cafe; which is odd as SBUX has done a huge “going back to basics” PR push.

There are no seats available, even though they could put barstools at the windows with the desks. You are forced to stand. Even odder is there are signs encouraging you to take their free refills for staying and working in the store.

This location did not seem on top of its cleaning in store, and more focused on the drive through, which is understandable since the manager said they are pick up only.

Corporate needs to redesign and market these stores appropriately because it’s not very welcoming for Starbucks to be in promotion about how they want to win back their customers and encourage their “third home” space but then have stores that are not clearly leveled as pick up with signage (or on google maps) nor at least allowing people to sit and work when they have the built-in infrastructure for it (ie bar to work against the window, but with no stools).

Great people with a great job.

Great drive thru. They are on top of that. Just don't expect them to make your drinks correctly or to make it right when they get it wrong. No communication between shifts means mortifying experiences for customers who are just trying to follow directions.

Hello, I recently visited your store and wanted to share some feedback. While I appreciate the friendly atmosphere, I noticed the service was slower than expected, which impacted the overall experience. I hope this can help improve future visits. Thank you for your attention.”

AJ is always friendly at the window as is Reid and all of the staff at the Northgate Store!

Best Starbucks drive thru I have been to. We arrived back late from Puerto Vallarta. Got a coffee so I could safely make the drive back. Not only grateful for the 24 hour service but they were extremely fast and had amazing customer service for it being so late. Always nice to go to an establishment where you feel appreciated as a customer. They made the coffee exceptionally as well as the treats. Highly recommend this location.

i went to this starbucks for the first time a few weeks ago and started becoming a regular because i live in walking distance.

first of all: every time i have come in, the employees are absolutely incredible. every. single. one! some of them have even recognized me as a regular and asked for my name so they remember me next time. they’re all so friendly.

so i’ve decided to branch out of my years-long coffee order of “americano with heavy cream”. the most variation i would get was sometimes iced instead of hot. don’t get me wrong, starbucks actually is one of my favorite places to get this, because they have bomb heavy cream that matches their espresso flavor and they get the ratio right.

but i have decided to branch out and change things up. my life has turned upside down recently and i’ve decided to embrace it and try embrace the change.

obviously i had no idea what to order after years of never even glancing at the menu.

i have asked my baristas for many requests.
“what’s your favorite drink?” - chestnut praline. i’ll try that next time.
“what’s your favorite pastry?” - brownie. the brownie is one of the best.
“do you like chocolate? what’s the best chocolate item here?” - chocolate croissant. i ate mine a few hours later and it was still divine. i get it.
“can you put cold foam on hot coffee?” YES. YES YOU CAN. AND YOU *SHOULD*.

i had the best experience with my barista yesterday. his name is Jonel. i saw him again today and i love him already!!! thank you Jonel you’re the best at helping me be creative :)

i had a free drink purchase and was about to get a tall gingerbread oat milk chai (don’t sleep on this one. you will regret it if you don’t try it once.)
he said, “you have a free drink! don’t you wanna get venti and go crazy with it?”
he made my day.
we crafted the best starbucks drink of my life together.

venti americano, half caf, heavy cream, 5 pumps of sugar cookie syrup, and sugar cookie cold foam. i could have gone crazier, but i’m still taking stepping stones away from my trusty americano with heavy cream comfort drink 😢

seriously, the sugar cookie drink is… so…
good.

one of the baristas also recommended that to me, and they changed my life. thank you. i wish it was a staple on the menu. im going to die when it goes away.

anyway, i was always on the fence about starbucks. i thought they were overhyped and i was a snob about going to local coffee shops instead of chains.

well, i love supporting local.

but by golly, starbucks is so much fun. it feels like going to an amusement park for adults every time you walk in. you get to build a bear but it’s coffee. i fell in love with the baristas here, there’s always less than 3 people in front of you, service is always passable, the pastries are fantastic, and of course, the drinks are perfect. it feels like the more i customize, the better it gets each time.

thank you for your time. go meet these baristas and tip them good, they deserve it.
