Desperately needed coffee and this location is fantastic. After hours drive-through, my barista John was so polite, service with a smile. My Venti Breve Mocha was superb, not too hot just the perfect temperature. I would consider driving out of my way just to go back here!

the food and drinks are made very well. I would recommend the drive through only though- if you are in store it take 10x the amount of time to get your order.

Dear Starbucks on northgate way
I recently tried to use a $10 gift card to place an order online, but later found out that gift cards apparently can’t be used for online purchases. I decided to select the “dine-in” option instead, since I don’t have a car and that was available online. However, when I arrived, the doors were locked.
I waited outside for about ten minutes while employees yelled at me from inside, saying “no,” even though I had already paid for my drink. When I asked for a refund, they refused at first and only brought the drink out after I insisted. One of them even mentioned they could get fired for handing it out the door.
If dine-in isn’t actually available, it shouldn’t appear as an option online. It was confusing and embarrassing to deal with that situation, and to make things worse, the drink was missing the extra dragon fruit I ordered.
I’d appreciate a refund for this order and for your team to review how customers without vehicles can actually pick up their orders.

I went to this Starbucks for the first time with my friend, both of us Black Muslim women, and had one of the most disgusting, racist experiences ever. I ordered a matcha and before they made it, I clearly let them know how I wanted it. When I got to the window, the sweet girl working was super nice and tried to fix my drink the way I asked, and she was nothing but kind. Then out of nowhere, this bald white guy named JOHN , who is their supervisor, came out giving us dirty looks like we did something wrong. He had the nerve to ask, ““Are you the people who always come in and order matchas and have problems with them?” basically accusing us of trying to get free drinks. We’ve never even been there before! The tone, the attitude, everything about it was racist and targeted it was clear he profiled us the second he saw who we were. It was disgusting, unprofessional, and humiliating, and Starbucks needs to hold him accountable because no one deserves to be treated like that.

Drive-thru staff had a real attitude problem. They ask how you’re doing, then cut you off mid-sentence like they’re in a rush to prove they don’t care. When I asked about drink sizes, I got sarcasm instead of an answer.
At the window, the attendant was haphazardly holding the card reader and snapped that they “can’t fully hand it to me” after I’d already steadied it to insert my card. I tried being friendly a few times, but they were determined to be rude.
If the job’s that miserable, maybe take it up with management instead of the customers. At 3 a.m., all I wanted was coffee — not attitude.

Done with ordering food at Starbucks. Ordered a falafel pocket. Bit into chicken. I am a vegetarian and this is unacceptable. This is the 2nd time this has happened and it was a different location. Clearly they did not take my complaint seriously the first time and there is a systemic issue at hand. If you are vegan or vegetarian, I would advise you to stay away!
AJ was kind and compassionate. He noticed that we had been waiting for quite some time while others were being attended to at the drive-through. He truly exemplified Starbucks’ customer-obsessed values. Great job!
