Pick up only means you have to order in advance using the app. It's weird to see other users listed by name on the screen.
Stopped by because the coffee shop we wanted to visit was closed, and we figured Starbucks had a universal level of service. The staff were doing their jobs, but this model makes it very different from the vibe Starbucks is trying to create. You can't linger here. Waiting for our drinks to be made probably took 8 minutes, but with two small kids in a tiny lobby full of merch and no furniture... it felt much longer. We ended up waiting on the sidewalk with our kids because it was just... awkward.
Lack of customer restroom is also tough to appreciate when it costs $6 for a coffee, but that's Seattle.

I go to this store daily until today they greet me with my name as I'm usually the only one with a personal cup. But today the little boy who waited on me didn't greet me asked my name not noticing the CUP in my hand. I did get snarky not rude not understanding his incompetents. He then walked out after me with his little friend to be rate me on the street in front of other ppl and inform me he didn't appreciate my snark and I am not welcome at his store anymore. I'm 69 when did employees get to tell paying customers they don't appreciate my business. Again not rude no cussing. Hopefully management who helped me load a gift card to my account and was tipped handsomely will reconsider her employee's bad decision and give both of them more training. Don't need an apology he wouldn't be sincere.

Tried to buy a Venti Iced water and was told I couldn’t purchase water without making another purchase???
I wanted to use the compostable cup instead of having to buy a plastic water bottle. The barista working near closing was rude and unhelpful.

Best staff ever. I stay at the alexxa Royale often and will be back. The foods the same everywhere but the staff seriously was so friendly

Some girl hung up the phone when I asked if the “Mystical Mermaid Frap” was a thing. I hate that she didn’t even help me find out. I’m still confused. Like I need the truth! The audacity of her just hanging up the phone on a customer for asking a question is insane to me.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but this was categorically the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. 6 staff working, 3 drink orders in store (totalling 3 drinks) and 15 minutes waiting for the staff to make two coffees, one of which they got wrong as it was the person’s coffee behind us. Counter staff member was too busy practicing his golf swing and hiding behind the corner chatting with colleagues to notice 3 frustrated customers.
Honestly shocked! Let the staff go and shut the store down.

As always, I appreciate a Starbucks locations whose workers read the instructions. I can judge as soon as I see my drink if it was well prepared. In this case, I saw it and I knew it was top-notched. Just as instructed and the flavor was as good as it should be. I had a quick talk with Anthony! Very nice and friendly and asked me to try the new drink. I posted some pics of it. I liked the drink sample but sad that it was not warm anymore but hey it was just bad timing. The location has a nice view of the waterfront and in front of the art museum. Cheers to the crew.
Parking: You have to be lucky enough to find a quick place to park or the 3-5mins spots but mainly will be taken too.
Such a friendly welcoming Starbucks, as a fellow partner I felt horrible coming in and ordering at 6am cuz I didn’t realize it was primarily a pick up/mobile order Starbucks but Ry was absolutely fantastic and super sweet and still took my order very quick and the team on the clock got us our drinks made super fast. Love to see a good 3 play <3

They prioritize mobile orders over in-store customers. I walked in and ordered a simple drip coffee, but it took them 30 minutes to prepare. And I was the only one who ordered in the store.
