Very friendly folks working at a coffee joint where a million different coffees and the crime crazy people race gender it's a lot for anyone. Seattle is a getto slum. I admire anyone who works in the city of Seattle. Plus I just love Starbucks

Here almost daily because our office coffee machine is always broken. Thank goodness for the amazing and always on point staff!!The staff is a super awesome group who are all great at their job, Additionally, they all seem to be happy all the time. Great place, great staff, and Starbucks coffee at its best. Get your caffeine cravings satisfied here.

Terrible customer service. I usually go to Cherry Street Coffee House, but I decided to try something new. I immediately greet the customer service team member, I order a double bacon sandwich with Sriracha and she cuts me off mid-sentence and says, “We’re out of Sriracha crosses her arms and says, “You’re welcome to go to any other Starbucks.” I’m standing here thinking, “Lady who refuses to take a customers money based off of a free Sriracha packet???”… Feeling unwelcome I walk out and will never spend my money at this location. Absolutely pathetic.

Honestly really have had no issues here. Usually here every weekday morning because I work a few places down from here. Staff all seem really cool. Only thing I would say is I've had homeless people walk up to me and ask me for money. Doesn't bother me though and the Starbucks crew usually says to whomever asks they cannot beg in there. But drinks are amazing here get a hot chocolate usually or frappuccino here and so is the blueberry muffins or egg sandwiches.

Racist and bad customer service!!!!Too many poor people coming in here and asking for free food. The barista was not paying attention and did not get my order correct. The barista then was frustrated at me for telling him that my order was wrong. I took what he gave me in order to avoid him spitting in my drink or something. This was my first time in Seattle and my first time at this Starbucks and I won't be back! Just because you have poor people coming in your establishment doesn't mean that everyone is poor. And not every one poor is black!

There's nothing more authentic than trying to go to the original Starbucks, realizing it's an hour wait, and then going to the closest normal one. 10/10 great

I received poor service at this location, although it led to a reasonable apology for the problems I experienced. First, I ordered a "for here" Grande Americano. They didn't know what "for here" meant despite my years of experience loyally visiting Starbucks locations, so I got a plastic lined cup instead of a ceramic mug. I never want microplastic in my coffee, which all their takeaway cups do when hot liquid mixes with the plastic cup liner. They told me I had to say "ceramic mug" which is fine but I was never questioned about what "for here" meant during my order.Then they made me a Tall size instead of Grande. Then I got it in a Vente sized mug. As I was drinking the coffee I realized the mug was full of dust, on the inside and lip, from being on the hook. It is absolutely disgusting to be drinking a visible layer of skin cells, chemical dust, and plastic dust.This dust on ceramic mugs issue is unfortunately common across Starbucks locations. They regularly don't wash dust from their ceramic mugs, or store them in a way that accumulates dust on the lip, inside, and outside the mug. Even if storing them upside down they often get visible dust on the lip from the dusty shelf. Now I have to remember to tell every location to wash my mug thoroughly before making coffee.Lastly, sustainability is extremely important to me. No one offered reusable plates for my 2 breakfast sandwiches and cookie that I was eating on-site. No one offered reusable mugs for my 2 coffees. For $20 in orders, I generated a pile of needless waste on this visit. We have one planet and it's burning up fast. Please be more sustainable Starbucks!99% of my Starbucks visits are fantastic but this one was sorely disappointing. I'll keep visiting but hope this location improves, and that all locations ALWAYS wash their dusty ceramic mugs before filling them.

I love the people and the atmosphere but it becomes an issue when the same person is constantly messing up your drink, a MOBILE DRINK at that… Especially if i’m paying extra for certain syrups / toppings i expect to have it in my drink, i hate playing the Karen role in moments like that bc i know people make mistakes and it’s okay (not when it’s constant). There’s I believe one guy that manages to get my drink right every time (they have glasses), the reason the service even gets a 4 star rating.
