Whoever makes the sweet cream mixture at this location PLEASE go back and read the recipe card.
For the past three weeks or more I am consistently getting drinks where the cold foam immediately is gone and none existent. It’s suppose to be thick and sit on top of the ice.

super sweet and front guy lied about weeped cream he forgot to add cause i pick up in 5 mins there is no reason melt so fast. I feel it is not professional and respectful response.

My boyfriend and I visited from abroad and had a great time doing schoolwork here. There was an outlet for us to charge the laptop and the staff was friendly. When they made a mistake with my order they fixed it immediately with no trouble at all.

Devin rocks! I came in for some coffee grounds and he was so nice to help me coordinate getting me fresh and clean grounds. A short interaction, but he was super helpful and nice :)
The drinks are always so good. But seriously, how hard is it to make the right one. Every time I order coffee based it is always creme based. I am not one to complain when my drink is wrong though but this happens too many times. I also don't complain and have it remade but it is annoying when I order one drink and get another instead.

I always order my drinks with no ice from Starbucks and have never had an issue. Sometimes drinks don’t let me select no ice in the app and I have to go in to order at the counter, but I’ve never had an issue. Today, the lady at the counter told me next time I want the drink I ordered (shaken espresso) with no ice, I’d have to order a latte because she had to use extra milk, which isn’t free. I just spent $7 on my 1 drink, and you want to police the milk? Get out of here! No other Starbucks has ever had an issue with this. Also, an iced latte without ice would still use extra milk. Poor customer service, won’t be back to this location.
