This review is long overdue but this is by far my favorite Starbucks to order from. The staff is wonderful and always go above and beyond. I’ve had to place large coffee orders quite a few times and they are always so quick and professional putting everything together. They even left a bunch of cute stickers in one of the coffee cups. The dermatology office I had ordered the coffee for loved them and left them out for some of the kids that come in. I highly recommend coming here.

Jane is exceptional & very knowledgeable! Overall a fantastic barista & person. I'm new to the South Lake Union area, she was very kind & accommodating.
Nice store close to my company. The staff is always friendly. Today I mistook ordering at the wrong store and picked up at this store. They helped me without extra charge :) Appreciate such kindness

Employees are super nice, but the seating area is a homeless camp. Every morning junkies resting their dirty feet on the tables. Homeless handling the products in the cooler, just to put the items back for your next purchase. The mental patients loudly mumbling to themselves gives One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest vibes. No thanks.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever. I’ve gotten other peoples orders. They never answer the phone. And today the dasher spilt my entire order at my apartment. None of the coffees were secure.
