I ordered a cup of coffee with a splash of half and half over the mobile app along with a sandwich on 7/20. It’s an order I place regularly without complications, except when Maya is there. On 7/20 Maya curtly greeted me with sour eyes and a dismissive demeanor. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a Starbucks. Not only that she didn’t make my sandwich that I ordered. My coffee was made with foamed milk. When I brought the cup to Maya and asked her if I could have a cup without steamed milk she tried to argue with me that I ordered the coffee that way. Her attempt to gaslight me triggered my illness and I raised my voice telling her that I will not be gaslit by her and I want my coffee so I can leave. Today I returned reluctantly hoping Maya wouldn’t be there after I placed my mobile order. She was there.. the other two staff members politely greeted me, Maya sneered then talked in a hush tone to her co worker and they simultaneously looked up at me after as if they were talking about me. When I asked if they were talking about the last time I was in they both ignored me. I will not be returning for coffee unfortunately. It has become too much of an emotional burden on me to visit this store after this. Kinda sucks because the guys are super cool and kind, but Maya just seems to hate me for no reason. I’ll be waiting in line down the street at Kitanda. No one there is ever combative or rude.

Fought Broadway traffic only to discover this Starbucks is no longer open, as several reviewers have posted. Hope someone sues Google for their misleadingly my information.

The staff at this location inside the Broadway market QFC, is disastrous. There is one staff member in particular who works regularly with brunette hair and glasses. She is the most miserable person I have encountered. She never smiles us condescending, and you leave totally depressed after dealing with her. The other staff members are nice especially the young man that works at night. Starbucks honestly you can't be that desperate for employees.

I drove here and it is not even existed. Wasted my time and the area is sketchy af. Reported to Google map to take it down. Not even sure why it is still here. So annoying when searching!!!
Heads up: the location on here is a bit off. There actually used to be a standalone Starbucks in this location. But it's been closed since about 2018. The current closest place to get Starbucks is right across the street from here, at a Starbucks kiosk inside the grocery store, QFC.

The staff is appalling at this location. The small lady who looked of an Asian heritage handled my order and got upset because I ordered a grande blended caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and asked about the size of the cup. It looked like they were out of grande and only were carrying small size cups. She explained the cup was grande size and went to make the order. When I received this supposed to be ice blended beverage it was full of runny oat milk. You could literally see the milk flowing through the drink. And mind you it was hot day out and I really needed something cold. I wanted no more issues because I had to rush and get a tattoo. I will definitely not be coming to this Starbucks again. There’s 2 more that are close around. I suggest those. The only problem is some don’t take mobile orders. Stay Blessed and content.
