The staff is helpful and nice but it's extremely annoying that you must request sweetener when ordering and they add it prior to giving it to you..same with cream and they DO NOT leave any accessible to guests so if it's not sweet enough or you notice they forget cream you then have to go get back in line and wait to order again to tell them and rectify .... I don't always know how much sweetener I will need and it's like they don't think I am trustworthy around sugar/sweetener. Honestly this policy alone.....not pleasant....but i don't blame the front line workers as it's obvipsuly a policy from above, as they are very nice

Great clean Starbucks with friendly service. My drink was well made and the barista made to sure to confirm how sweet I wanted my drink to be. This is a great place to study or get work done. There are plenty of tables and there are so many outlets by the windows! Outlets are a big must for me when I want to get work done so this Starbucks was perfect for that.

The barista named Mel has terribly disrespected me while I was using the restroom on May 6th, 2023 around 2 pm. She knocked the door while I was in and yelled there's a 10 min limit and she will be calling security within 3 mins. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at numerous Starbucks locations over the past 7 years and this never happened to me. I am deeply disappointed and would appreciate immediate action from Starbucks on this!
