Here is another disgusting Starbucks. Bugs flying around the area where our drinks are being prepared. The whole time she was making our drinks, all I could think about was that I hope I don't end up with a bug or two in my drink. The employee was nice enough in her service, but it was shocking to see how nonchalant she was about preparing drinks and food with bugs circling around the arear where she prepares customers drinks. If this is a norm at this Starbucks location, don't be surprised to find a bug or two in your drink or food. Not recommended to visit this location for coffee and food. In my video, you can see the bugs circling around just waiting for the chance to contaminate our drinks and or other people's food.

Sunshine made my day with excellent service just before they opened. She was polite and made exceptional drinks. I was in a huge rush and didn't even need to let her know because she was very quick with providing service. Coffee in the mornings is my savior but this morning it was Sunshine!

DO NOT COME HERE! I was greeted with “We close in 10 minutes at 5:40pm. I came here to order an iced coffee, and didn’t even get my order out before I was basically told they were closing 20 minutes early.

I had an awful experience at Starbucks, and the manager, Darlish, was a major disappointment. The service was absolutely terrible and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this particular Starbucks location to anyone, as it failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. Avoid at all costs!

they should not sell any Frappuccino if they’re out of straws. What happened to me was after I pay my Frappuccino the guy told me to go to deli to ask for a straw coz they ran out at Starbucks, seriously bad service

Purchased two venti caramel macchiatos on 10/30/21 @ 2 pm from Gwen. It's is highly recommended to NOT ORDER from this location that if Gwen is making the orders!!! Please heed this warning! This is advised due to the following experience;Purchased the macchiatos from Gwen. Gwen then proceeded to make the order. My wife and I bought a few items from safe way in the meantime. Returned to the ready station located on the left side of the counter to retrieve order approximately 10 minutes later.Upon taste of the machiattos, it was immediately apparent that something must have gone wrong while making the drinks. After a few more sips my wife and I were able to identify that there was an excess of milk within the coffees. We proceeded to the counter to bring this to the attention of Gwen. Unfortunately, Gwen gave us an attitude and started the their is coffee In the drinks.We asked Gwen to remake the drinks. Reluctantly Gwen agreed and informed us that they will taste the same. Gwen proceeded to remake our order. We witnesses an exorbitant amount of milk being put into our cups. We thanked Gwen for our newly made coffees and left. The coffees were too hot to inspect at the moment. We arrived home 10 minutes later.We poured the coffee into a clear glass. This revealed that, indeed, too much milk went into the making of the drinks!!!This was absolutely the worst coffee I have ever tasted!I have attached pictures of the coffees. I have also attached a screenshot of the same order purchased and enjoyed at various locations and dates.

This is a very large Target store with a rather confusing layout. However they have a great selection of items to choose from .
