It is within QFC with no clue outside. There is no sitting option. Might be a good idea including those facts on the Starbucks website. Another good idea might be employing people who have some slightest idea about serving customers.

Unfortunately this location is very unreliable. Came in the morning to get breakfast and coffee around 8:40 am and there was no one, like the person had left for over 15 minutes. Multiple customers had been waiting and online orders had pilled up. Figured things happen so come in on an afternoon all done around 15 min before stated closing. It's a hit or miss if you can get coffee here. Poor service and the employees just don't seem to care at all.

There is a young lady looking to be around 19, she made a terrible coffee for me, in addition treating with no customer service and rigid, however some other staff working in this starbucks location is good, Thanks to one of cashier that I complained about quality of my coffee and made a refund.

I work at the Walgreens across the street and visit this Starbucks almost every day. The customer service here is outstanding, and the team is always so welcoming and friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond to create a great experience!

Absolutely the worst. The maybe 20 yr old Kandy with a "K" was so rude my hot chocolate was not hot. Also she couldn't speak up to save her life I had to reask questions at least 2x. I never drink coffee or go to Starbucks but because of this experience I will never be back!!

I work at a corporate starbucks and was very confused on how these employees managed to mess up my drink twice. I tried ordering a mocha cookie crumble but it came out extremely thick and bitter (she most likely forgot the milk...) then I thought "well I'll order something simpler for them to make.." so I tried to order the paradise drink which is quite literally just pineapple base and coconut milk.. instead i got the frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade.... which is blended pineapple base, lemonade, and strawberry puree... I dont know how they manage to mess up such simple orders. After they gave me the wrong drink I just accepted it and walked away.

Consistency is the name of the game. And this Starbucks, like no other Starbucks, consistently puts out the worst coffee. While some of the staff are nice, it does not make up for the bad coffee.

The young lady who works at the starbucks counter was super rude and she didn’t even give me the 2 waters I ordered. She completely messed up the latte I ordered and it tasted very off, so I asked her to fix it which she then gave me attitude and remade the drink again and still somehow messed it up. Tasted more like a smoothie than a latte.

11am Monday morning I was treated awful by a young woman maybe 20 yrs old, at the Starbucks in qfc on Mercer St in lower queen Ann.First I stood at the counter(as the only costumer in line) for an entire 5 minutes. She completely ignored me despite my multiple attempts to get her attention. Staring at her phone texting at light speed.I stayed calm and pleasant when she decided to take my order.Finally I politely asked for a ribbon frappe, and to my surprise. She just gave me an awful look and told me that all of her blenders are broken.I laughed I thought she was messing with me but trust me she was not.I tried to make light of the situation even though that young lady was extremely unprofessional and just a mean person.I left empty handed and regrettably will never buy a coffee from this establishment again. The craziest experience ever.
