This was my first experience with Starbucks. I was in the area for the Seahawks game. The service was good, but then it changed when David approached me. He's abrasive and unfriendly. Starbucks website says it closes at 9pm. Arrived at 8pm and store was locked, barista said the website posted hours are wrong and store was only drive-thru at that time. No car with me, left hungry :(

Today was super slow. Took about 20 minutes in the drive thru. We frequent this Starbucks when we are in Seattle and it isn't usually this slow. Drive thru worker was nice and apologized for the delay. Food and drinks were as expected at Starbucks.

Trader Joe's has the best stuff. Most of their stuff is by companies that make using only healthy ingredients. You do have to read the labels, because there are some things that have bad oils, etc. They don't read the labels for you, but they do have mostly naturally made stuff.

JACKIE!!! The only reason for this review is because of the girl that works the register through the drive through. She literally has the worst attitude, is never nice, never smiles. Like what?!? I have had to encounter her a handful of times and the interaction is the same each time. Distasteful.

Today’s the last day I’ll come here, everyone else has always been great.
This location sucks!! Just paid $7 for a cup of foamy oat milk. No flavor to the Chai I ordered and had to ask the barista to fill my cup to the top because he was trying to short me a half inch of my drink. Today I have decided to stop patronizing Starbucks. Too many inconsistencies within the cafes.

The slowest location I’ve ever been to. They were nice but also my matcha was blended to mix and was all air-the cold foam was also mixed in and not sweet. I’ve ordered this drink over 100 times in the past year and have never had a worse one. When they eventually started making my drink they had to ask to clarify iced or hot and the barista mansplained to me how the drink normally comes even though I was clear when ordering that I only wanted one pump of syrup. I recommend going to the reserve location down the road.
