pleasant employees. but insane quality to price ratios for coffee. $3.50 for a small black coffee that tastes like burned toast. i only come here if i need a place to work for multiple hours in the evening when better local cafes are closed and/or I need a clean toilet to use in evenings. and i'm still overpaying for those. but at least i'm not paying for the trash coffee. beware, there isn't a lot of seating, maybe 6-7 tables with barstools. and a couple of more tall tables in the building lobby adjacent.

I actually came in on this occasion to add money to my Starbucks Gold Card account. The transaction went flawlessly. Grocery store Starbucks don't offer this service. I wish I had time to enjoy a hot seasonal beverage but I was in route to work, once again on my trusty bicycle.

Came here on Thanksgiving day and was welcomed by the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. They were super happy to be working and went out of their way to chat and make our day brighter. I have never reviewed a Starbucks before because nobody at a Starbucks has ever been so awesome. Thank you this team of amazing baristas!!!!

Worst Customer service ever experienced here at this Starbucks at 1:00 PM today(Oct 22,2023). A young lady in black dress ,looking at me strangely when I was placing the order. She seriously needs a lesson in how to behave with customers. Shame on her.

Worst customer service ever experienced at this Sbucks today at 5 pm. Management - talk to your staff about customer service and not calling your customer who was thoroughly confused at the attitude from the barista HOSTILE. The only hostility was from the barista taking our order and then the “supervisor” who took our payment. Customer service will get you far. Acting the way you did tonight will get the Regional manager called. Worst. Ever.

This particular Starbucks has been a regular morning stop for me, and I always have a good time there. Because of Zach's kind welcome and excellent service this morning, I felt compelled to leave a testimonial. He has such a positive outlook on life; I'd love to visit again. I've seen that he really takes care of his regulars by remembering their preferences. Zach, you rock! This guy needs a pay boost.
