I live nearby and often order drinks from this place, but the service has consistently been disappointing. Even when I order through the app, the staff are unfriendly and disrespectful. It feels like I’m being treated differently because I’m Asian, which is very upsetting. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their staff’s attitude and customer service.

No restrooms for customers 😔 If any customer asks for the restroom, the staff will give the same answer , We do not have restrooms. I don't know how they survive full day without a restroom.

The lady serving the customers today morning around 7:30 am was only prioritizing "Mobile only orders". I was 4th in line. Waited 45 mins and didn't get anything. I saw 3 customers leaving ahead of me. When I was first in line, waited 15 mins more and the server kept prioritizing mobile orders. I guess that's how their performance is tracked online. Should have been decent enough to at least let customers in line know that they don't want to serve customers in line. Total waste of time.

I mean it’s a grocery store Starbucks, you’re pretty much expecting subpar service but the dude Josh was just straight up ignoring people talking to his friend, a line built up and it wasn’t until his friend left did he start making orders he was already behind on

My coffee took over 20 minutes… if I would have known it would be so long I never would have ordered. When it did come out my iced coffee was hot.
Yesterday i finally got to make my own drink@starbuks . caramel whip crunch with single shot with chocolate java chips and exrta chocolate drizzle. Very sweet of a drink but not to sweet with the whole milk and crunched ice .I gotta say venti is alwayd my way of being extra .but thats just me ? lol.
