I ordered strawberry coconut milk matcha but they did the wrong one, NO STRAWBERRY. I asked three times is this the right one STRAWBERRY COCONUT MILK MATCHA and they said yes, it's right. This is my first time drink this and I didn't know how it's look like. They lied to me, they said the Strawberry is inside the middle of the drink. when I took it home and tried it, it didn't have any Strawberry and the worst thing is it taste like matcha oatmilk with no surga. I'm so disappointed for my first time tried new drink for me

I just moved to the neighborhood so this is going to be my local Starbucks and unfortunately not once but twice when I came to get a drip with steamed cream my coffee tastes like I'm drinking old milk it has a very nasty taste to it I'm not sure if they're checking the date but no other Starbucks has that nasty taste in the drink like this location does

Zero stars. They dont care about their customers at all! They are NEVER OPEN Editeded because now a week later, they are CLOSED!!! The manager of safeway said they took a lunch, at 11:50 am!!! The WORST experiences EVER! WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE! Took an Uber to get coffee here, which I have to every weekend because there is only a drive thru near me. And a brand new employee at 2:00 in afternoon said she is closing! She was yelling saying she was new and they left her alone again. I asked to please just make one more and she said no . She literally was yelling about the past two days and how horrible it had been when I told her manager the next weekend, surprised to see the gal STILL working there....her manager had no apology nothing to say. Seriously HATE this location! And they always overcharge me for the same drink I pay for every single day at the normal Starbucks.

Typical run of the mill SBux >> got in, got my black coffee and got out << no muss/ fuss and nothing remarkable about the visit. I give it a B- in that i didn't have to wait longer than 8-9 minutes before i was out the door for my usual overpriced, underwhelming cuppa joe.
