This is the closest Starbucks to my Apartment and I usually go there at least 3 times per week.Employees are super nice always better I really like the new female cashier she was training but very kind and really wants to help.
Keep up the great work.

The food is very good but the service is very bad, the cashier is in a very bad mood and every time I go she gives me what is not necessary.

Staff here were really quick and kind. There wasn’t much seating, I think this location is just a grab and go Starbucks.

Got a latte, and the cup was pretty empty for a grande!

Mary Ellen is the best barista as well as all the others! Always friendly, remembers names and drinks, quick service.

Parking: Parking garage nearby. Elevators are often being worked on. Escalator works. Some stairs to get to escalator. A short walk to Statbucks entrance. There is parking right in front to run in and grab and go. Use mobile orders.

Kid-friendliness: This is a small take out place. My 2 year old granddaughter loves to run over and look in the floor-length mirror.

Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors.

Barista was so kind that rang me up! Very easy to order and go, with plenty of other uvillage Starbucks to sit inside at!

It's a Starbucks, same as always there. However this one has no menu. Also there's no place to stand comfortably as you wait for your orders, so the line for the register and the ball of waiters blend together. This place feels like they intended for it to be mobile-orders only, but changed their mind.

Drinks are sometimes not filled correctly, so a grande hot drink might only be half full.

Really dislike the new remodel. Not a single place to sit down and drink a cup of coffee at all. No tables. No chairs. All new screens, barely get to talk to baristas. Very impersonal. Feels like a model to go away to robot baristas and remove people. Sad to see.

I visited this Starbucks with my mom and aunt. My aunt recently came to Canada so her English is still not the best. The barista was immediately cold and unfriendly, and when my aunt went to order she kept pretending not to hear or understand her because of her accent, which is very small. She kept explaining the drink she wanted which she had ordered at other locations without issue yet the barista kept turning her ears to hear better. After this long process, the drink was made wrong. While we were waiting a white couple came in and the barista switched immediately, offering them samples and being much more warm overall and had no trouble with their orders. We tried our best to be nice with her, even tipping but decided not to go back to get the drink fixed because of her overall demeanor. The barista was white and very tall and wide shouldered with pink dyed hair.
