Just wanted Venti English breakfast tea. Didn't try it until I got home and found Earl Grey. Hate Earl Grey. Now what?

Stuck in between appointments, this was a refreshing break with fabulous service. Thank you

Wheelchair accessibility: It was a tight fit around tables maneuvering my large powerchair, and I was thrilled with a taller bar option. The service area was very accessible.

I have tried to go to this store multiple times when hours say they are open late. But they have always been closed early. I have called to see if they are there during posted open late hours and no one has ever answered.

Terrible coffee.

Everything was good. Heated food was a bit too hot for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, even on a quiet Sunday

Quick service and the young man wearing the beanie had a great attitude and was very friendly, really appreciated despite the Starbucks being in a hospital

Coffee is anew passion of mine. Only because I gave up caffeine years ago. I used to drink a lot of coffee at my Grandma's house too. I like mine real sweet with cocoa powder!

It's Starbuck's in Northwest Hospital. I wish they would have announced my drink was ready before someone else put their hands on it. I wish the barista had offered to replace it, since she saw it happen. But I didn't ask for that, so I own that. I appreciate them having table space that is wheelchair friendly and accessible.

My drink was properly prepared. Staff was lethargic and displayed no customer service skills. Waited for drink and they could not bother notifying that my drink was ready. Surprised because at every other Starbucks I have frequented has had outstanding people. I guess I got spoiled.?
