This is easily the worst Starbucks-branded location I have ever been to. It is a Target run kiosk, not a real Starbucks, and the difference is extreme. The employees here are untrained, unprofessional, and unable to perform basic drink preparation at even a minimal standard.
The operation is consistently dysfunctional. It takes the staff more than ten minutes just to begin making a drink. They regularly misread labels, rewrite cups multiple times, dump drinks out due to their own mistakes, and still manage to produce drinks that are incorrect, diluted, bitter, or simply undrinkable. The level of confusion behind the counter is constant and reflects a complete absence of proper training or supervision.
On top of that, the customer service is unacceptable. I had an encounter with “Lexie” specifically Who thought it was appropriate to overshare personal issues, gave excuses for why she could not perform simple tasks, and generally behaves as if accountability does not apply to her.
The environment feels chaotic, disorganized, and detached from any recognizable standard of service.
This kiosk does not operate at Starbucks quality. It fails at accuracy, speed, professionalism, and basic competence. If you want a drink that is actually made correctly and without unnecessary drama, avoid this location entirely and go to a real Starbucks store.
There is one located across the street inside of the Ice Plex that is phenomenal, Additionally there is one across the street in the Borders Books as well.
