Service was horrible the service worker was behind the counter scratching her head and not and not washing her hands she was very rude and the people there are very slow
Edit.* Since I wrote this positive five star review, I had to drop it. Today I came into the store and half of it was dominated by homeless people camping out on the floor, when I came in, there was a drink smeared across the entire front floor of the counter, A customer who was visibly upset, stated to me that a homeless person had just ransacked the store and she was visibly frightened, she even made a comment that she needed to move tables out of fear that someone would come up behind her. This incident came after my own personal negative observations over the last three weeks and, After making a corporate complaint and reaching out to the Regional Manager with what started with 6 of my orders being messed up. And escalated to a rude staff team member publicly disrespecting other staff team member because they were trying to correct their mistakes.

Heather was incredibly kind and helpful each of the 3 days I came in during a work trip! Andon (I hope I've spent that correctly!) was also so nice and made me feel welcomed! Wonderful staff, drinks were consistently good, and great atmosphere in the morning time.
